Services
It has been a dream owning and operating Chen-A-Wanda and when we jumped in back in 2008, we have only looked forward! We live in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey with our daughters, Madison, Dylan and Zoe. It's multi-generational living for the Grabow's as Camp Grandma Monica lives with us too. Grandma loves cooking her famous chocolate cake for our campers and reading to the little ones before they go to bed.
It was clear from the beginning that when we took over as Owner/Directors of Camp Chen-A-Wanda in 2008, that this camp has made profound impacts on so many lives throughout the past 80 years and it was our goal to continue providing this life-changing experience to so many kids who call Chenny their summer home.
Our campers look forward to this insanely fun, team building, 5 day competition where the entire camp is divided into two teams (Red & Gold). This event brings out the best in every camper and staff on camp. We push one another to be the best we can be, we encourage camaraderie and dedication and above all we promote sportsmanship and friendship.
There is something for every camper to enjoy here at CAW. This is where your camper will be introduced to so many incredible activities. It's where they will try new things and will discover what they want more of. They will master certain activities, they will try things they never thought they would but it is all here waiting for them.
There is no place like Fiddle Lake and its beauty is undeniable. From the early morning sun rising over the lake to the breathtaking sunsets, our waterfront is the place to be all day long. Our 64-acre lake along with our heated pool provides endless amounts of joy to all of our campers. Memories made at Fiddle Lake will be with you for a lifetime.
