Looking for an officiant AND a photographer for your elopement? Well, I got'chu! I work with some of New York City's best photographers and together we will make your wedding day fun and stress-free! It has long been a trend for couples to ask friends to officiate their weddings. I get it. It's cost effective and potentially more personal.
The path to becoming a wedding officiant, pre-marital counselor and yoga teacher was an amazing journey. There were lots of surprises and so much to learn along the way. Therefore, I would be an excellent tour guide for you as you travel from engagement to wedding day. Moved from New York to Atlanta for college.
All counseling sessions are available virtually. Yes, that means I'm accepting clients based here in New York and anywhere in the world! For my couples in the New York area, I am taking IN-PERSON appointments in FiDi and Central Harlem! Premarital Counseling is a powerful way to strengthen your relationship and create expectations for your marriage.
These sessions can be done in-person here in New York, or VIRTUALLY anywhere in the world. Let me know what would best help you! Wedding preparations can be stressful. Adding a fully-customized yoga practice to the planning stages or day of the wedding helps grooms, brides and their family, and friends be present, relax, celebrate, and find a deeper enjoyment of the rituals.

Hands down the best officiant ever! If you want a super personal, meaningful and quirky ceremony, this is your gal. Hope made our day extremely special down the every last detail, affirmation and joke before, during and after our wedding. She worked with us months before the big day to make our ceremony exactly how we wanted and helped us to work out some kinks during a pre-martial counseling session. We hired Hope the day before our wedding, due to our initial officiant dropping out at the last minute. From the first phone conversation, Hope was engaged, in charge and so reassuring. Though we only worked with her for a short time, I wish we had booked her months prior for all the advice she could've given us. Once we decided to go with her for our wedding ceremony, she promptly sent us options for a personalized ceremony and put it together in one day. She showed up on time and looked fabulous. Hope did a phenomenal job officiating our wedding. Her consultation process was very intimate, which resulted in an incredibly personalized ceremony that engaged every member of the audience. We loved how she was able to incorporate elements from multiple religions and cultures in a very cohesive manner, and felt that she added a tremendous amount of value to a very special moment in our lives. Hope was an amazing officiant for us! She put together a wonderful ceremony and incorporated everything we wanted (my wife is Indian American and Hope was able to incorporate important Indian traditions to our ceremony as well). She worked well with our pre wedding timeline by getting things done sooner vs later so we had ample time to review everything and make sure it was exactly what we were looking for. She did a great job delivering all the messages with warm and loving hearts. We also had great laughter during the ceremony. Hope was the perfect officiant, especially when NYC was changing its policies. She knew immediately and informed us, and we met up a few days later to do a little signing ceremony. Hope helped us stay relaxed and focused on what's most important. She sent over the signed marriage license immediately afterward, which was super helpful for our international paperwork. My husband and I can't thank Hope enough for arranging such a beautiful ceremony for us! We both have super hectic schedules and wanted a short and sweet official wedding for legal paperwork (with a bigger wedding planned for sometime next year) and Hope really went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. Couldn't recommend her more! Hope was such a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. She put together a beautiful ceremony based on a questionnaire we filled out (that helped her get to know us), and the entire ceremony was so sweet. Hope was the perfect officiant! My husband and I hired Hope to do our legal ceremony. We previously had our religious Hindu ceremony in August but needed to do the official legal paperwork and wanted it to be special. Hope for sure made the moment exceptional! From my first conversation with Hope via FaceTime, I knew she was the perfect person to officiate our wedding. Her bright energy and warm demeanor drew me in immediately. Originally, we planned for a simple small City Hall wedding. When plans changed because of COVID, we were referred to Hope by our photographer.
