I switched to Dr. Ching after being overcharged by a previous dentist. I was referred to Dr. Ching by a friend. The best referral ever! Dr. Ching is the first dentist that truly cared about my dental health. I have never learned so much about preventative dental care. No dentist has ever taken the time to counsel me on how I could personally prevent getting cavities. Since I have started going to Dr. Ching I have not had one cavity! He is caring, honest, genuine, funny, and takes the time to explains things to you! Heck

I am so glad that I found Dr. Ching. I hadn't been to the dentist in a long time. Partly due to changing jobs and insurance and always forgetting to make an appointment. You always hear horror stories of a bad dentist experience so i wanted to make sure I found someone I could trust. My insurance recommended Dr Ching since he was in network. Dr. Paul Ching runs a great practice! He promotes preventative maintenance over procrastination with your pearly whites, and you will get the sense that he knows what he is doing. The dental hygienists and all the assistants are always genuinely kind and friendly to my ohana and I. We always have an extremely positive experience when we go there to get cleaning or services done. They have great operating hours and can even accommodate a Saturday appointment (however, I believe they are booked through April ‘22 for Saturday appointments). Dr Ching is the best dentist. I have been going to him for a few years now and wish I had found him sooner. He is personable, funny, informative and totally accommodating with his patients. My family goes to him and we all love him. He explains the procedures before he does them. He always says if there is an issue with your treatment please let him know. He will fix it for you. The office staff are all pleasant and warm also. During this Covid 19 pandemic he has followed the CDC guidelines and kept his staff and me the patient safe. Everything about Dr. Ching's office is the absolute best!!! My father was diagnosed with Cancer a few months ago and Dr. Ching has been so supportive from day one. We needed clearance from him to start treatment and Dr. Ching was so knowledgeable and explained everything in a way we could understand. I had an unfortunate circumstance of a crown falling out (it's been about 18 years since it's been placed in, probably just old). Due to a COVID-19, i had hard time getting an appointment with other dental professionals in the area. Dr Paul G Ching, DDS was my 3rd call. And I'm glad it was! My crown issue was examined, and Dr gave me all options for taking care of the issue. Staff at the office was super friendly. I'm definitely recommending highly!!

For some, coming to the dentist is scary but Dr. Ching and his staff make sure that your comfortable through out your entire visit. They are very welcoming and friendly. You even get to barrow some sunglasses while your getting your teeth cleaned so your eyes won’t hurt from the bright lights. Overall, I would recommend Dr. Ching to everyone. He is great with people and doesn’t disappoint when it comes to cleaning your teeth.

Had an amazing visit with Dr Ching and his staff. Both were very friendly and informative in things I can do to increase my oral health. I live in Nuuanu and Dr Ching is very close to my house, since I don't have a car I can walk to my appointments, so, I love the convenience of his office location. Dr Ching is very knowledgable and up-to-date with the techniques of dentistry. He has wonderful technology to help with the accuracy of his dentistry and to help make it painless. Dr Ching has an exceptional "bed-side manner" and makes me feel comfortable and at ease. Plus his staff are the best! I would absolutely recommend Dr Ching, he is the best!

Dr. Ching has been my Dentist since I first started getting my teeth cleaned! He is awesome and his staff is awesome as well. I have never even considered going anywhere else. I have been looking for a good, long-term dentist since my childhood was horrible. After many years of avoiding the dentist, I tried another clinic last year before finding Dr. Ching. Staff was kind, location is convenient, Dr. Ching explains things very well and he didn't try to force any procedures on me to make more money. I also appreciated that he didn't make me feel bad when I shared that I don't regularly floss (my childhood dentist was very condescending). I'm already looking forward to my next appointment and hope that I can continue coming to Dr. Ching for many years

Dr. Ching and his team are really incredible! I came here to get a second opinion on a cracked tooth, and Dr. Ching really listened to my concerns and gave me a lot of options and recommendations to choose from. I've never had a dentist that takes the time to explain what they're looking at, and even teaches me a lot about dentistry. Marie is extremely friendly, sweet, and does most of the front desk work. She's the first and last person you speak to before you enter and leave the office. And let me tell you...She really knows how to send you off with good vibes. Also, I appreciate the fact that she sends out text confirmations/reminders about your appointments bc sometimes I can be so forgetful.

Love Dr Ching! I have had some horrible experiences here on Oahu with dental offices. I was referred to Dr Ching through my insurance company. I'm so happy because He is by far the best dentist I have ever gone to!
He explains everything, he's professional, updated technology, clean and most important efficient. I am always greeted by the receptionist and almost immediately called in by the Dr himself.

OFFICE: Very easy to find in the St. Francis Medical plaza, and ample parking make coming to the dentist a breeze, just take a ticket on the large parking garage and they validate. Clean, no weird smells, or cramped spaces.
STAFF: All of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable,and helpful. They actually answer the phone A+++!
MAKING AN APPOINTMENT: They have slots available, and when I needed to get in to get a previous dentist's filling fixed, they got me an appointment in a timely manner. They actually ask you how you want to be contacted for reminders. I can

Going to the dentist is definitely not on my list of favorite things to do, but I will say that I don't mind waking up at 8am Saturday morning to make my bi-annual dentist appointment. Dr. Ching and his staff are friendly, caring and professional and the fact that I live on Maui and make the 20 min island hop to Oahu for my twice-a-year-cleaning and check up is precisely the reason why I confidently say they're the only ones I trust to consistently give me the very best experience I could ask for.
