Visit Yourself's Klia Bassing invites World Bank Group staff to place a hand on the abdomen to feel the movement of the breath. Mindfulness Meditation is key for corporate wellness programs. It's used clinically for stress reduction and to boost productivity and focus. We provide online and on-site programs in Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia, and throughout the U.S.
Services
Visit Yourself, LLC instructors receive training and oversight from the Spirit Rock Meditation Center in California, the Insight Meditation Community of Washington in D.C., and/or the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program, which originated at the UMASS Medical School. Visit Yourself provides classes at workplaces and also offers private sessions to couples and individuals.
For experienced spiritual practitioners and facilitators who want to deepen on the awakening continuum while honoring and healing their physical-world self. Sessions are via a Zoom video or phone call. Cancellation Policy: At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel a session without it being forfeited.
What is Visit Yourself at Work? We provide seminars, retreats, workshops, and weekly classes in mindfulness games and/or meditation. All of our offerings are interactive and use humor and compassion to relate mindfully-with less stress-to everyday life. How much do your programs cost? These short guided meditations are created for our corporate clients--to support our sessions together. However, everyone is welcome to listen. I had a incredible experience with Klia. She is a phenomenal meditation teacher and guide.

I purchased a 4 hour class from Groupon. Unfortunately, I soon realized that I could not attend the course on the day listed. I emailed Klia, explaining that I would not be able to make it, and she graciously accommodated me. She moved my reservation to the following month.

The 4 hour class consisted of brief 15 to 30 minute of guided meditation, interspersed with short discussions. Most of the attendants were new to mediation, and while I was most likely the youngest person in the class (26 years old)

Klia's sessions take your mind away from the frantic pace of life. The techniques she shares provide stress relief, and create a new sense of awareness, increased focus, and relaxation.

The private, 30 minute phone sessions provide meditation on-the-go. It's great when you can't get to an in-person session. I highly recommended Meditation Out Loud!
