UPDATE NOV 2022: How do I update from 5-stars to "Knight in Shining Armour"? The Saturday before Thanksgiving I got a 5am call from a tenant: There's water coming out of my kitchen light fixture! I wasn't able to get ahold of a plumber so I called Greg. Not only did he answer, but he pulled up the floor plans and deduced that the most likely reason for the water was the upstairs hot water heater. I was able to help the upstairs tenant turn off the water valve which significantly mitigated the amount of damage to the downstairs unit. Greg sold our neighbor's condo unit about a year before we were ready to sell our condo. He did such a solid job for our neighbor that when it was time for us to sell we went with Nagel Realty and I'm glad we did.
We had planned to list our place in mid-July but in June, through his networking connections, Greg was able to introduce us to a potential buyer almost a month before listing. Let me start by saying that Greg met with us knowing there was a 50/50 chance we were going to sell our home. My preference was to rehab our current home, and send our son to a private school in the area.
