Made an appointment this morning for a slow leak. The pace who changes my oil couldn’t see the issue and recommend I go somewhere to get a dunk test done. Was in and out in 15 minutes after they plugged the hole from a screw that was clearly in it. Cleanest auto shop I’ve ever been in with the nicest staff. Will absolutely be back and recommend to everyone.

I am elated to have found Johnston's Auto Repair. The expense to perform 2 of the 5 dealer-recommended maintenance on my vehicle literally saved me $800 dollars. More work is required, and there is no doubt where I will have that work done. The Johnston's are honorable, sincerely kind, and run a very efficient business. I came to Johnston Auto in a true time of need. My car suddenly seemed to have electrical and engine failure on 51, and I managed to limp along till I ended up at Meineke auto next door (the first place I was able to find). They barely looked at my car and said that my oil was low and I needed a complete engine replacement. This seemed preposterous, and they said I could try checking out someplace nearby if I wanted, but they wouldn't offer anything else. I got the car to chug along to Johnston which was the adjacent parking lot. They were immediately helpful and got to looking at my car within

I really appreciate the friendless and helpfulness of Johnston's. I came to them with a bumper issue and not only did they take the time to get estimates for parts replacement, they even referred me to a body shop when they assessed it would be better for my situation. I was referred to them by a friend and I will be eternally grateful! My dealership told me I needed to have my alternator replaced and were going to charge over $800 which included the price of the part and three hours of service. When I went to Johnston's they charged me the price of the part which was in the same price field as my dealership and… one hour of service. They clearly explained an hour was all that was needed to replace an alternator, not three like my dealership tried to charge. Again I feel very fortunate that my daughter and I found this wonderful auto repair shop! Brought in a list of things the dealer said my truck needed and Johnston's told me all but 4 things were fine. They changed my oil yesterday and today fixed all the other things, so I feel like my little Frontier will do me for another 8 years, with just the… normal maintenance pretty much. It's good to feel in this day and age, that you are dealing with good honest people, who don't want to make a repair or replace anything, that doesn't really need to be. Their shop and employees are all wonderful

They were very helpful and friendly. They could not mimic the issue i was having with my car. They offered to keep it another day to keep test driving it. They kept me updated throughout those 2 days. Did not find the root of the problem , therefore they did not charge me. I appreciate the honesty and great customer service , most car places would not have done this.
