I have been looking for an apartment for nearly 2 months now, and my experience with Longford has been the most positive one by far. I really appreciated Wardell’s help with the process - I was super impressed with the responsiveness, clear and thorough answers, and high level of professionalism shown to me. Within only 2 days, I was able to virtually tour, apply, and lease an apartment.

I saw my apt and was in awe because I didn’t expect a microwave, dishwasher, cable/internet cable ready. I never lived in a flat apt but seen them on HGTV my favorite channel and I’m so excited to have one of my own .
This was a tough journey though and Lisa & Wardell are a God sent because I’ve been trying to move since 2020 before COVID and just when I was about to move COVID hit then I got sick with whooping cough badly out of work for awhile then finally signed a lease for an apt and went to see it and it was terrible not fitted to move in and that’s when I decided no more signing

I was a renter at Nottingham South in Baltimore for 3 years. I really enjoyed living in this community. The property manager, Lisa, and the maintenance tech, Lester, were both wonderful to work with. They were always very responsive to issues. The community is well maintained and the neighbors are very kind. This is a great community and I highly recommend living at Nottingham South.

My family owns a commercial and residential property in Washington, DC. We spoke with a number of property managers and ultimately selected Longford in January 2020 and we are glad we did!! They are responsive to us as owners as well as our tenants. They do a wonderful job managing the finances of the properties and we get very detailed reports every month. The team we have is friendly and professional and very easy to reach. They have done a wonderful job!! I highly recommend this property manager!!
