Will is the absolute best to work with! He’s very professional and he just oozes with kindness. We rented a 15 passenger van and he explained everything thoroughly. He makes you feel like family! We always needed to transport 8 to 15 people. Sometimes locally, sometimes an overnight Youth Leadership Retreat or an adult Leadership trip to Nashville, TN. Prime Transportation Group has always been there for us. Will Brewer is very knowledgeable in every aspect of the Transportation rental business. We needed to rent a van the other week on short notice: we needed the van Sunday morning at 6:00 a.m., and, due to one of our vans being out of commission, we were making final arrangements Saturday afternoon at 3:00 p.m.! Fortunately, Will, the owner, responded to my call, and met me at his office within an hour (even after he had been moving his girlfriend all day). We had completed the paperwork, and we drove away with the van, in less than 20 minutes. The level of customer service Prime—and Will—provided to us was absolutely exceptional, and, in my experience, somewhat unusual in the van
