Vince's Gulf

Vince’s is my go to shop. They are wonderful humans who know a lot and are able to talk to you about what’s wrong without making you feel like an idiot. They are fair with pricing. Schedule out as they are busy. Probably because it’s like impossible to find a reasonable and trustworthy shop. Keep doing what you do.

Super nice about getting my car in for an oil change last minute. Even did it while I waited there before I had to go to work. Their dog Enzo was there was also a kind soul. Really great spot!

I got my state inspection done here. I made an appointment ahead of time and they were extremely quick, especially for a Saturday! I was able to run a quick errand and return. Pricing was incredibly reasonable especially for the city. Absolutely would recommend Vince’s Gulf!

I called Vince this morning asking for help with my car that had been sitting for about a year. He told me to get it towed to him and he would take a look at it. He immediately pulled it into a bay and started working on it. Maybe an hour or less and Vince called me to let me know my car was ready. He plugged one of my tires that had a nail in it, added oil, and changed the battery. It was easy, quick, and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend Vince’s if you need an honest opinion and quick service.

Called and they happily made time in their busy schedule an hour later to diagnose a sound from my car. Super friendly, helpful, and quick! Will definitely return if any issues in the future.

Will be going out of town for the holiday weekend and my change oil light came on (perfect timing...not). Called Vince's today around 11:30, dropped my car at the shop, and got a call back in less than 2 hours that my vehicle was ready for pick up! I love this place. Newish to the area, needed inspections, new battery, bent wheel straightened, and oil change in a matter of 6 months - this is the only place I will go now. Their pricing with me was fair and they were able to turn my car around same day both times I brought it there.

Recently moved to Philly and had to get my inspection done. I saw great reviews for Vince's online and decided to give them a call. They told me to stop by that day and they would squeeze me in. I had anticipated waiting for a while but was surprised by how efficient they were - I was in and out of there in about 30 minutes! I seriously cannot say enough praise for Vince’s Gulf. They are quick, professional, and do not try to charge you more than is necessary. I had my oil changed on a Friday and my engine light came on the next daySo I called to ask them if they would check it and they did right away. They took a screw out of my tire that was causing my tire pressure to be low and did not charge me for it. This place is great, I would recommend to anyone in the area!

This place is the best auto mechanic repair shop around roxborough. They always give A+ service and they are some of the nicest people around. Very respectful as well as they know what you need or don't need. They don't BS you as far as what's wrong or could go wrong and your car will run smoothly with them for years. Highly recommended. I stopped by this morning because I had a slow leak in my tire. There was a nail in it. They took me right away, plugged the tire, reset the TPMS and sent me in my way in less than a half hour and charged me $20. That's excellent customer service especially considering I've never been there before.

Wanted to give an update- years later Vince's continues to be an awesome choice for all my needs. I still bring my car here because the consistency and quality of the work has not changed. A++ for the honesty and customer service they offer. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Great service!! I found Vince's Gulf through my NextDoor app (neighborhood recommendations) and had my car's state inspection done here. Since it was last minute, I expected them to tell me to come in next week but, they asked me to bring it in today. So glad I did. They are Great! Nice people, respectful and courteous, professional. My first experience with them and it was great. I called to see if my car was towed there, would they be able to take a look at it today. The guy on the phone, "Yeah, when is it coming?" So receptive and so accommodating to me being a same day service. They did a wonderful job, I didn't have to wait around very long. I haven't written a review in years, but I feel compelled to share how amazing this garage is with the world. I received a recommendation for Vince's by a coworker, and every time I come here I am so overwhelmed with their work that I always send her a thank you text. I have had several car repairs here over the past year or so, as I have a 2000 Camry that is beginning to require a little more TLC.
