My sister has been telling me to look into cryotherapy . There are a few places in town, but I called this one first and am so glad I did. Heather is adorable, helpful, encouraging and enthusiastic. She didnt push me to purchase anything and was so great at explaining all of thre services. I bought a membership and am sooo excited to start feeling amazing!

My fiance and i moved to North Carolina last may after having floated in our previous state once a week. due to covid we had not floated in a year. we were just starting to feel the effects and sore muscles and joints. (further proof floating works!) I called the closest float center to our new home which was an hour away hoping to sign up for a membership. the girl who answered the phone wasn't very helpful nor friendly. I then called Aqua float and cryo (1 1/2 hours from our home) and Amy was more than happy to answer all of my questions and could not have been more friendly and helpful. floating

I really can’t give enough praise to Aqua Float & Cryo. I don’t ever write reviews, but this place is 100% worth it. For the first time in nearly a decade, I have injured myself to the point daily activities are out of reach. For an active woman that has worked out and/or taught yoga at least 6 days a week for years, I have been more than bummed out. Not only have the services here helped my recovery tremendously, but the staff is absolutely amazing. Do yourself a favor and check out Aqua Float & Cryo- promise you won’t regret it.

While I've made several visits for massages(Whitney is perfect), tonight was my first float and it was amazing! I was able to completely relax and let the stress just dissolve. The staff and owners are very accommodating and super knowledgeable about all of the services they provide. I will be going back soon!!

Calming and energetically peaceful. Sarah was so kind and helpful when I arrived as was Matt when I called to inquire. It feels amazing when you walk in their space and even more so after a float~ I am so happy this place is in Wilmington. What a beautiful key to wellness of mind, body and soul. Love, Love, Love~

I love this place! I was feeling so stressed, overworked and tired today, and after one hour floating in the float tank I felt like myself again. I love to go here when I have a break between clients for a restart. I’ve tried all their services and love them all, cryo, infrared sauna and massage!! Clean inviting space and great staff.

As a local Doctor who prides himself on referring patients for high-quality treatment and to capable professionals, I love this place. I have been to other float spas in town and I would never refer a patient to those places. Aqua Float & Cryo has all top-notch technology and excellent customer service starting with the owner, Bob, who is usually on-site. They offer a plethora of wellness treatments that no other local place does. I would feel 100% confident in referring any patient here for treatments.

Love this place! Unique modalities to add song your health and wellness journey. Bob and Matt are awesome! Highly recommend . I will be recommending to clients for sure. Health Coach Stacie, aka ‘The Food Label Ninja’ approved and recommended! Cryo therapy, infrared sauna, and compression boots are a fantastic combination ! I also took the plunge and bought the monthly membership. So worth it! Awesome way to spend the healthcare/medical family budget and invest in your health!
