The services will be live streamed at service time. If you try to access it before service time you will only see a caption photo with the person's name, date of birth, date of the death, and the hours count down for going live. Serenity did an AMAZING job handling my Grandmother’s arrangements. Everything from the pickup to the burial was handled with top tier service. Our funeral director was John Q and he was very professional and patient with our large family. My Grandmother’s make up and clothing were perfect, and she truly looked like a beautiful sleeping angel thanks to John Q. THANK YOU for your EXCELLENT service during our time of grieving.

Although we are not wealthy nor do we have prestige, Serenity gave us the kindest and best of treatment. We used their services earlier this year when my mother passed and a few years ago at my brother's passing. Both times they were both professional and courteous. Since these are difficult times because of COVID-19, special problems came up. Harold Ford and Caitlin were especially diligent of these situations and took care of them. God bless them both. Also Mr. John Ford was courteous and respectful during the graveyard services of my son Mark. The whole staff was friendly and respectful. On

Serenity Funeral Home was very disorganized and unprofessional on the day of my mother’s memorial service. They did not provide us with any guidance on how/when to usher into the sanctuary and then rushed us out as soon as the memorial service was over. They provided little to no help on trying to find which room/building the repass would be in. We were also given 3 different times of when we could expect for the transfer of the remains to be ready before they were actually ready. I would’ve given zero stars if it was an option after dealing with such an unprofessional staff and owner… The

Mr. Ford, John Q and Torian were awesome! Caitlin was very patient and understanding during the entire process. The staff never complained and was there to meet our demands and comfort us during the entire process. They laid my father, Bishop C. E. Taylor to rest in a gold casket and had white doves and a carriage. It was a beautiful ceremony and even better customer service. Serenity Funeral Home OVER DELIVERS. I recommend them as the best funeral home in the entire Memphis area. Special thanks to Mr. Ford for making this a special Home-Going :)

Worst customer service I have ever seen.
I am a minister of 47 years and recently had the honor to serve a families needs as their pastor. The family was told the chapel would seat 180 people. I counted. It barely accommodated 125 adults body to body. Many had to sit in the overflow room as a result of this misrepresentation. There was no one on duty full time to direct entrants while three services were being conducted simultaneously. The chapel was a shared facility with the previous funeral going long. My group was asked to go outside into the 90 degree heat and wait to be let back in. This
