We have been renting on 30a for years and Paradise Properties is by far the best company to use. They have the best selection of homes in my opinion and they make renting easy! Their staff is friendly and quick to respond in the event that you need anything during your stay.

Paradise Properties is top notch when it comes to vacation rentals and guest relations. Over the years we have tried a few different services to manage our rental properties in the Florida Panhandle and it always seemed to be a hassle, so much so at times that we wondered why we were doing it. The Wanna Go Back, more like the Never Wanna Go Back. Whit Jerkins, the chief of operations will refuse to fix any problems and he literally hung up in my face. The internet doesn’t work. The front yard is flooded. You aren’t allowed to use the gate because they state it’s Florida law that it has to be locked at all times. They told us that we would have to wade through the front yard to get to the house. My five and six year old included. The water is stagnant and smells terrible and I’m sure full of bacteria. The pool in the back is green and full of algae and debris. The televisions
