Bonnie is a true gem! I came to her afraid to move my body after an injury. In just a few private sessions she’s taught me how to breathe life back into my body and helped change my mindset that yoga can work for everyone with many different capabilities. I’m so grateful for her work and cannot recommend her enough!

Bonnie is an unforgettable yoga teacher. She attends to every person in the room acknowledging them and adapting postures to those who need it. Her classes emphasize core and balance beginning and ending with a meditative piece. One leaves her class with a calm yet feeling of strength. She always demonstrates how to adapt a pose for those who need. As she often says, "This is your yoga." I have experienced a dozen yoga instructors and Bonnie is the very best. I always feel honored when I am able to participate in one of her classes.

I have been taking private classes with Bonnie for several months now, initially in-person but more recently over ZOOM. My experience with Bonnie from the get-go has been stellar, and the transition to virtual yoga was seamless. I expected yoga to provide physical benefits but even with ZOOM classes, the mindfulness/meditation component of Bonnie's teaching has been an unexpected but amazing joy. Whether through ZOOM or in-person, highly recommend for anyone looking to improve strength, build bones, or age well.

Bonnie is simply the best! Her kind, gentle demeanor is second-to-none, and her positive, cheerful interaction with her students makes for a fantastic learning atmosphere and experience. A very important thing that I greatly appreciate about Bonnie is that she is mindful of her students' having proper form and posture...to avoid injury...and to obtain the full benefit of their practice. I love her statement, "This is YOUR yoga"; if I need "child's pose" instead of "plank" today, that's OKAY! Bonnie is the most amazing yoga instructor. She makes sure each student goes at the right pace for their level and condition. She is very intuitive . Bonnie is a happy upbeat person and that shows in how she teaches. I have participated in her classes for seven years and it has made a huge difference in my mobility. I took Bonnie's prenatal yoga class for severals continuous months at TMC Core. If you're looking for a class that teaches you helpful relaxation and breathing exercises and practices for birth, look no further.
Bonnie is such a wonderful instructor with her expansive knowledge base. She has such a warm manner towards all her students. The environment she creates is so calm and welcoming, everything you would want in a prenatal class. I highly recommend taking a class with Bonnie!

Bonnie’s prenatal yoga classes at The Core were a game changer during my second pregnancy. Her warmth, knowledge and sense of humor made for a truly enjoyable class that left me well prepared for labor and delivery. I was able to stay active longer during this pregnancy and had a much easier recovery and have no doubt it was in part due to these classes.

Yoga With Bonnie has always been a wonderful experience and the best I’ve seen in Tucson. Yoga With Bonnie was especially helpful to me during my two pregnancies. Bonnie offers a prenatal yoga class that is a God send for any pregnant momma to be. She’s also a wonderful person full of the most incredible kind support you can imagine. I did prenatal yoga with Bonnie and it was amazing! I had such terrible back pain while I was pregnant and her class was the first time in weeks I didn't hurt. Bonnie's class was so healing - not only did it make me feel physically better but it eased my mind and helped me relax. Bonnie is the most knowledgeable prenatal yoga teacher in town! I attended several prenatal classes around town and Bonnie’s classes where the best! They felt very supportive and centering while I was preparing to become a new mom. I loved my time in her classes and looked forward to them every week. I highly recommend her!!

Their are certain issues that develop as we get older, one of which relates to pelvic muscles or the lack of them. Bonnie recently had a workshop which took an in close and personal look at the muscles involved in the pelvic floor and how we can use certain types of yoga exercises to help strengthen them. It was wonderful and I now do them frequently in order to prevent that old age lack of control. Thank you Bonnie. I, like many women, appreciate all the help we can get. A great workshop.

I credit Yoga with Bonnie for making my pregnancy and birth so much easier! The techniques I learned in her yoga classes went beyond asanas to mindfulness, awareness, and breath control I used during my labor to help me achieve the birth I so very much desired. I recommend 100%!

Bonnie is one of the best yoga instructors I have had in my 40 years of practice. Her lessons feel as though they are just for you, even if there is a full class. She helps everyone feel calm, strong and better for having been in her class. The benefits of a yoga class with Bonnie last long after your mat is rolled up!

I've really enjoyed doing the prenatal yoga with Bonnie. She is a calming, kind presence, and always makes me feel welcome to class. It's obvious she's done a lot of studying as a yoga teacher and as a doula to know what feels best for a pregnant body and what moves can be used during labor. Her classes feel very intimate and she is always careful to pay attention to each student to make sure they are feeling comfortable. I attended Bonnie's prenatal yoga classes for my final trimester, and had a fantastic time. Bonnie started every class making everyone comfortable, and throughout the class explained each move not only for its immediate physical benefit, but also for its potential aid during childbirth. We shared our stories, offered each other advice, and learned much about how our bodies were changing and what yoga could do for us physically, mentally, and emotionally.
