My wife and I have lived at the Clairmont apartments for about 5 years now. Because it being a 55 and over community its very quite, our neighbors are very friendly, the grounds are well kept up. The new managers have set a new level of professionalism that I like. There's great grocery shopping near by, its also a great place for talking walks through the neighborhood. Hope to be here for a long time.

As the Overseer for the Adkins Family, I am intimately acquainted with the Clairmont Apartments. We have very loving onsite managers and a great sense of community among most of our residents. We are one of the few 55 and older communities for rent in Eugene. Our clean, spacious interiors and exterior landscaping are without compare in the area!
