Live online, ballet-based fitness class incorporating elements of ballet technique, yoga, functional movement, and cardio intervals. All are welcome and there is no need for previous dance experience. Be prepared to sweat, smile, and feel accomplished! The answer to today's fast paced life style. This class is designed to help you move through healing stretches while feeling supported and relaxed.

Log into live online classes every weekend for your own mini-vacation. Saturdays are FREE! This class is for the dancer who is interested in getting reacquainted with the ballet studio without the pressure of having to know the terminology or the steps. Your body and mind will have the opportunity to feel like a dancer in a supportive, welcoming environment.

The Ballet Burn is an authentic ballet based experience for any body type and fitness level. We are about having fun while working hard. A light hearted approach to the class provides an environment where everyone feels like they are a part of the family. We push ourselves to new limits physically which translates to a true sense of accomplishment.
Our instructors are certain to take care of your needs, restrictions, injuries, or whatever might be keeping you from dancing your heart out. Modifications are always offered. Simply showing up is sometimes the hardest part, so know that once you're in class you are guaranteed to be made to feel comfortable.

I bought my girlfriend sessions here. So she could get out of the rut of yoga and barre. It was a nice change up for her, she loves it. She's now addicted... and her body looks amazing.

Usually barre classes don't excite me, and I've tried almost every single barre studio in Dallas. The Ballet Burn, however, is a completely different story. It is much more Ballet focused while sharing some common barre elements like core work etc.

The owner Margot is very welcoming, so are most other students. You can talk about different techniques and ask questions or just share some random thought during the breaks, which makes the environment much more laid-back and beginner-friendly. I found this incredible studio through Groupon, and I can't say enough good things about what a wonderful workout each and every class provides. Sometimes, when going to the same studio over and over, one can get into a fitness rut. That is absolutely not the case with The Ballet Burn. These classes will consistently challenge you to be better, stronger, and more in shape. The instructors even provide modifications so that the exercises work for all skill levels! This is one of the best workouts I've ever done! This staff is incredible... The demonstrations and explanations and motivation are awesome. The workouts are so tough and so so so fun! The music is FIRE and keeps you going. I love this place. Plus it's so easy to get to... it's just an all around great class for sculpting and cardio. It's amazing what you get done in one class! I have been going to The Ballet Burn ever since the studio opened. The Ballet Burn workout not only tones and sculpts but also burns some serious calories. This is a high intensity workout suitable for all fitness levels in a supportive community. From your first Ballet Burn class, you are part of the family.

In addition, Margot's Saturday morning ballet class is the best adult adv/intermediate ballet class in the metroplex. If you haven't done classical ballet before, there are several adult beginning ballet classes as well.

I highly recommend this studio to all!

This place is wonderful! From the amazing workout of the Ballet Burn class to Margot and all the instructors. I am so glad I found this studio. The Ballet Burn class is soo challenging, yet fun. I love that you're constantly moving and doing different moves so it never it gets boring. I have also really enjoyed the ballet class. It's a good workout, but more relaxing since it's not as high-energy intense.

Game Changer!! This place is the challenge my workout routine needed. I've only been a few times but as long as I'm in Dallas I will keep coming back. There are a lot of moves that isolate the smaller glute muscles and legs. I was sore in parts of butt and hammies that I have never been before even as someone who works out 4 days a week. There was also a good amount of cardio. This is challenging but very easily modified for beginners. Usually if a workout is fun its also too easy. I was surprised that I was both having fun AND challenged. I can always tell when a workout is going to

I absolutely love The Ballet Burn! I found this class about a year and a half ago, and it's the only workout I consistently look forward to. Owner, Margot Martin has definitely created something special here. You won't find another workout like it. The class is fun, challenging and the instructors are great! Hands down the best workout I've ever experienced. Definitely give it a try. You will fall in love!!

Been ballet burning a few months now - I have never had a workout routine I like this much. Margot is amazing and I can really tell a difference in my muscle tone and stamina. You don't need ballet experience but it's a fun throwback if you used to dance.
The vibe is great, it's relaxed and friendly. It's a lottt of workout packed into an hour, you definitely get your money's worth. She mixes it up a little each time so it's never boring. Really glad I discovered this class - I keep coming back for more!

I stumbled upon The Ballet Burn several months ago through ClassPass and have been addicted since! I pride myself on trying every studio and boutique class that I can and this is, hands down, the best class to date! They incorporate barre, ballet, cardio and dance. Every instructor is topnotch, their playlists are energizing and the choreography is inspiring! This studio gets my highest recommendation!!

My sister is a regular at The Ballet Burn through classpass and she often raves about it, so I had to check it out on a trip to Dallas and I'm so glad I did! I haven't been to any "ballet" classes but I have been to several mainstream barre classes and I think Ballet Burn was better than the barre classes I've been to. The instructor, Margot, was friendly and clearly a talented ballerina and fitness instructor. The Ballet Burn is my favorite fitness studio in Dallas. I found it through ClassPass and have been going consistently for over a year. There is no other program like this... A fitness class that incorporates some ballet and yoga. The class has transformed my body... Toning and tightening places I had long given up on. I have also noticed a huge improvement in my strength and stamina. The Ballet Burn is better than a typical barre or pilates class... Highly recommend!
