Edwin, owner of Aldaris CPA, is licensed to practice public accounting in Washington and California and is an active member of the Seattle business community. When you receive a notice from the IRS it usually isn't fun news. After not seeing any success in getting in contact with the IRS especially during Covid I decided needed accounting expertise to help decipher the tax code and provide a plan going forward on a somewhat complicated trust matter. Edwin is outstanding. Following the recent passing of my mother, my siblings and I were looking for an accountant to do both an individual and estate return. Edwin was exceptional. What stood out to me about Edwin was his constant responsiveness (and pleasantness) to answer even the most simple questions to allow us to organize the necessary paperwork during this difficult time for us. While cost was not the most important thing to us, Edwin's fees were outstanding and transparent. We were grateful that he did an excellent and very timely filing of multiple tax forms.

For the past 15 years, I've felt like the Goldilocks of clients as our CPAs have been either far too cold (terribly inattentive) or far too hot (crazy hyper-vigilant) When we found Edwin, I finally felt like there was someone who was looking out for our best interests. I had Aldaris CPA Group do my 2016 tax return. I went into this thinking I would owe a bit in taxes for the year, but in working with Edwin, he found enough in my tax return where I actually received a refund - I can only say great things about my accountant!
