The vision of Infusa grew from working a food truck called UMAMITA. Chef Hsu and Xavier started small working on corners, farmers markets and private events. Eventually its fame grew for being the only organic food truck in San Antonio serving hot delicious meals that also met the City of San Antonio's Por Vida standards.
During its year of operation, UMAMITA won acclaim and awards such as winning the Taste Award from the inaugural Food Truck Showdown in 2016. Our goal is simple - improve the lives of the people that visit Infusa by providing healthy & delicious plant based, vegetarian & omnivorian foods. The future of Infusa Cafe is directly tied to its ability to provide the best office building cafeteria services.

***NO MILITARY DISCOUNT*** This place was delicious! The tacos were yummy and filling. Everything was fresh and made to order. The smoothies were pretty big and fresh! They lost a star because it was so difficult to find this place. YES, it is located on the Ground floor of the North FROST BANK!! Access from the front of the building and the parking garage. Other then that, a pretty good spot to eat at!

Open Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 2 PM, in the *lower level* of the Frost Bank building. Take elevator down to level G, or wander around looking confused for 10 minutes like we did - the choice is yours 😉. Well worth the search though! Food is fresh; service is calm, personalized, and friendly. We had breakfast which offers plant-based options as well as standard fare. Tacos were amazing as was the oatmeal. Will absolutely return to try lunch options as well as coffee! Price point is exceptional. You can dine in or take your food to go.

Went with a group and we each got a couple types of vegan breakfast tacos and shared family style. They were all sublime. The cook/owner was happy to answer all my questions and make suggestions based on being a vegan. Surprisingly great place for a vegan breakfast in San Antonio. Hidden on the ground floor of an office building but parking in the garage is free.
