Yes, that is my real name! With a last name like "French, " boudoir photography was a "meant to be" career choice for me! I love art, working with light to create amazing photos, and showing women that they are sexy, beautiful, and unstoppable. 20 years ago, I started my career by assisting some of Los Angeles' top fashion and celebrity photographers.
It is easy to tell by the way they treat you before, during, and after that they don't just care about the customer, they care about the person. Karen, the photographer, knew how to accentuate my angles and the whole experience was fun. I was initially nervous going into the photoshoot but Karen made me feel comfortable and was encouraging throughout the shoot!
Sometimes, we need to celebrate our power and beauty - and remind ourselves that we are unstoppable. Do this for yourself, it was everything! At 44, I probably feel my most beautiful and comfortable with me and KFP had a lot to do with that. They are women's women, uplifting and encouraging. After an 85 lb weight loss and not getting any younger I decided to go for it.
Wanted to do something different for my boyfriend this Valentine's Day, and decided to go out of my comfort zone and do a Boudoir photoshoot Karen was very professional and made me feel so comfortable doing all those sexy poses. My lady had a great experience with Karen French photography. The pictures came out amazing and she left feeling empowered by the beauty that was captured on film.
It ended up being such a fun and empowering experience. Karen and her team are so nice and as so many of the past reviews have stated, make you feel totally comfortable. The photos came out beautiful and the hardest part was definitely narrowing it down and not buying all of them! Thanks again Karen and everyone!

I wish I could give 0 stars. Don't book with this company because you will get excited for your shoot and they will push it back one whole month. I told them it wasn't possible because I'm moving across the country soon and they wouldn't budge. I had all of my outfits planned and took the whole day off from work. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I am so happy to have had this experience with Karen and Denise. They make you feel like a goddess in the spotlight, they make it fun and extremely comfortable!
Not to mention all the beautiful shots that Karen took of me, it's just an awesome confidence boost! You have the chance to review all your photos later and pick them ones you like. They don't even need editing but after a little retouch, they look even more beautiful.
Would 100% recommend this for a great boudoir experience.

I had the best experience doing the boudoir shoot. I researched a lot before choosing Karen and I have to say they are a top notch, classy establishment. The make-up artist did an amazing gorgeous job on hair and make-up. I was so nervous but once you start, you feel classy and beautiful during the session. The backgrounds are stunning and I cannot wait to get my photo album. Highly recommend doing this for yourself!

I had such a quality experience at Karen French Photography. First, Ella does your makeup and hair for about a hour and a half (this was part of my package). She is the sweetest lady ever!!! She really knows what she's doing, and I had such a beautiful finished look - soft, natural, and glowing. Then, Karen guided me through the shoot. This woman is so gentle and SO experienced, kind, and knowledgeable! She was so patient with me and flexible with ideas. Every woman should treat herself and book a photography session at this studio. I've done a few photo shoots just for fun, and this was by far the BEST experience. It may be a little pricey, but it's most definitely worth it. They also allow payment plans for photos (you order the photos from the shoot by the individual picture, and the cost for each goes down with the more you buy). I love that this studio is completely woman-owned and operated. TL:DR: this shoot's photos were absolutely stunning and made me feel like a goddess, and was probably the best physical self-esteem boost

Karen and her team go above and beyond! They made it so comfortable although I was so nervous when I first showed up. I left feeling super empowered and much more confident in myself. Customer service here should be way more than the alloted 5 stars! My pictures came out absolutely stunning!

If you are thinking about doing a Boudoir photoshoot, you definitely need to book with Karen French! She is an expert in making you look and feel beautiful. I could hardly believe the photos!! She makes you feel so comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process and was extremely professional. Stunning pictures! I was a little nervous as anyone would be walking into my pics. From the second I sat down to get my hair and makeup done, I felt at ease. When I took the pictures, Karen was great. She led me through the poses, outfit change seamlessly. Never once did the process seem awkward. The pictures came out fantastic; I'm so happy that I took them.

I was super nervous about doing a Boudoir shoot, this was for my Fiancé's wedding gift. As soon as I walked in, I was instantly comfortable. The makeup/hair lady was the sweetest and totally pampered me. She did an amazing job!

I found Karen through Groupon. Because of COVID my shoot was delayed, but Karen stayed in constant email contact making sure I was taken care of when everything opened. I made an appointment for a Saturday afternoon, and from start to end, everything was exceptional. Karen has truly created an experience! When I arrived the makeup artist, Karissa, was prepped and ready to go. She made getting ready fun, and helped me calm my nerves. I cannot express the depth of my gratitude to Karen. The professionalism was OFF THE CHARTS!! The entire experience was one of sheer joy. I opted to have my hair and makeup done (delightful, they really made me feel glamorous) and the photo shoot was extraordinary! She put me at ease right away. Karen has such artistic skill. The final product is one of my most cherished possessions, beside my wedding album. It is the highest quality. It meant the WORLD to my husband. He cried when I gave it to him. Please be aware that buying the album itself is an INVESTMENT, just like your own wedding album
