They did a great job of cleaning our home. Everything was done as we had asked and they arrived at the beginning of the approximate time scheduled. Just as an FYI to future customers, they do have a 2.5 hr minimum. So be prepared for that if you have a small house like we do. They were done the job within 2 hours and we had to pay the additional 30 minutes. On a separate note, after the service was complete, I was contacted about 5 or 6 times about leaving them a review. I normally leave reviews anyways, but it was a bit much for me.

I was generally pleased with the service I received. The crew was very nice and efficient. My only complaint is that for $420, I should not have to go back and dust things because they were missed. One or two items I understand, but there were a lot. Other than that, the house looked really good

I appreciate the ladies that were sent back out to clean behind the crew who should have stayed home.. My initial cleaning was perfect, I called for another service a few months later and was very disappointed.

Great job! These ladies were pleasant, professional, and thorough. We finished moving out of our home the day prior and I was too tired to do any pre-cleaning as I’d planned. When they were finished, the place looked and smelled like new. Awesome customer service from start to finish. I would absolutely use them again, if the need arises. I highly recommend them.

I used Katherine. She arrived on time & was very professional. She was very good at her job & detailed. Made sure she did not miss a spot. She used the entire time to clean consistently and utilized the time well. Very friendly & great communication skills. Left my house smelling amazing. I highly recommend her as a maid. Mariah and her team have been cleaning our house for over a year now. We actually moved across town a few months ago and were able to transfer our service and cleaners over to the new house, which I appreciated. They've even formed relationships with my pets, which I like because I know they're not having to deal with new strangers coming to the house all the time with scary vacuums, it's always their friend Mariah coming to visit with the same scary vacuum

We used My Maid Day for the 1st time a few weeks ago. First they called to tell me they were 30 minutes out, which I greatly appreciated. They arrived on time, were very nice & professional. My kids were @ the house while they were there & they said that they were very friendly the entire time.
The house looked amazing. They did a wonderful job. I seriously walked into my bathroom & had this "AWE MOMENT".
Will most definitely have them return in the near future.
