The food is always delicious but it’s the staff, starting with Chef Linda, that makes this place a gem. The Bindery has exceptional service with thoughtfully curated wines and seasonal menu. During the peak of COVID they pivoted to takeout and the packaging kept it food hot and cold food cold.

Went for Saturday brunch. Great service, very cute restaurant with plenty of seating.

- Croissant: so flaky, so buttery, definitely recommend.
- Greens (salad): standard salad with a bit of a kick with the candied pecans and dates. Vinaigrette was very mild.
- Sweet Dutch baby: very large, thick and well cooked. Not too sweet, but can sweeten it up with the rum maple syrup that comes on the side. Tasted more eggy vs floury.
- I'm going polish omelette: boyfriend really enjoyed this omelette. Comes a la carte and is pretty large.

It's hard to find a restaurant that executes a unique menu at a phenomenal price. I can't express enough how wonderful my meal was at The Bindery. This restaurant is an absolute must try! I had the decadent Beet Ravioli with pastrami smoked beets, goat cheese, horseradish creama and an intoxicating brown butter. The flavor and texture brings you to a palette euphoria! My boyfriend had the slow briased ox tail and gnocchi. We are super fans of ox tail and this dish did not disappoint with the savory dark beer sauce and fall off the bone meat. For appetizers we had the raw oysters, what

I really enjoyed the Bindery! They have a smaller menu offering well thought out dishes. The Autumn Ceviche was my favorite. All the flavors of this dish were fresh and flavorful. And the Chilean Sea Bass - delicious! The handcrafted cocktails were creative and made to compliment the Fall season. This place is great for a date night or night out with friends.

3-star because the service was really good, thank you to the hostess (Saturday evening) and B (short for Brianna) for being so attentive and so sweet! You both made our experience memorable!

The place was nice inside and very modern and hip. Good for a date or a little get together with your friends.

I really wanted to like this place but most of the dishes were underwhelming and didn't have the flavors I expected to have. For starters, the Cacio + Pepe Caeser salad was fishy..and a little too salty. Almost tasted bitter. The Chilean sea bass was incredibly moist but that was about it

The service here is great and so is the atmosphere. Just full disclosure I wasn't a huge fan of the food I ordered but I would come back and just try different things.

Cacio + Pepe caeser: I was really excited about this but it felt so?? Bland? Boring? I realize cacio e Pepe is very simple but the implied caeser made me feel like I'd get this great creamy dressing with lots of black pepper, and it ended up just being a pile of veg with parm in it, it grew on me as the meal went on but it wouldn't be my first choice.

Autumn ceviche: this was great, was missing a little more crunch

My recent visit to The Bindery - absolutely DID NOT DISAPPOINT! The fall menu was exceptional - it was difficult to make a selection, they all sounded wonderful. I was torn between having the Chilean Sea bass or the Pappardelle with Wild Boar. I choose the Wild Boar, it was exquisite, my companion had the Sea Bass - also to die for... The staff were all attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. The cocktail selection was expansive, I chose my old favorite the Manhattan, the first to last sip were heaven.
The atmosphere and ambiance just added to a wonderful night out at the Bindery. Once you come

Made reservations for a group of 8 on Sunday and everyone loved it!

Inside is airy and bright with modern fixtures and stemware that feels light and elegant. The brunch menu ranges from classics like soft scrambled eggs and avocado toast to a rich and velvety breakfast carbonara. The portions are huge which makes it great for sharing (especially the Reuben!)

This is a great spot that we love to bring friends to. Start with the magic coffee and don't forget to check out the fresh bread and pastries on your way out!

It was pretty bad. Service was unbelievably slow at 8:30. We were informed that we couldn’t order off the QR menus 15 minutes into sitting down and already decided on what we were going to eat. Menus followed our drinks 20 minutes into it. Oysters were not fresh and our waitress only comped half the uneaten ones? We had to flag our waitress down over and over to politely remind her we had ordered another round of drinks. One person had ordered a pork chop medium rare and they murdered it. That took another 15 minutes to replace. Club soda.. completely flat. Caesar salad mediocre at best. And

Marvelous Reuben sandwich. Chef Chris Seeley (sp.?) begins with The Bindery's signature rye bread, carefully toasted with ample, butter, then layers gristle free/ high quality corned beef, sauerkraut and Swiss cheese in its confines. The resulting package is a culinary explosion. It's hard to find attention to detail with quality ingredients in Denver's lunch scene. The accompanying salad perfectly complements the sandwich. I asked for a side of 1000 island as it is of the caliber that genuinely augments the sandwich. I only wish we had another 1000 restaurants of this ilk in

I really enjoyed this restaurant. The menu is very unique and each dish has a good mix of flavors. You can tell the chef takes great pride in their work in creating a good seasonal menu and offering something you can't find anywhere else. The restaurant itself is very modern and the service was great. They have a rotating seasonal menu and when I'm back in Denver I would love to try their chef's table menu.

Tip: there is a parking garage for the restaurant on the right side of the building. We missed that and searched for street parking for a while.

First I have to shoutout to Jacob, an amazing server who goes above and beyond to make me always feel like a rockstar! More than ever before, a smile, a welcomed greeting, and somebody remembering my face is truly priceless :)

Everything about The Bindery whispers, "welcome, welcome, welcome", from the open feel of the restaurant even exposing their culinary talents to patrons at the bar, to the attention to detail poured into every croissant, every poached egg, every beautifully garnished oyster. The great feel and food runs on like my terrible sentences.

Thank you all for becoming

My favorite place for breakfast/brunch in LoHi. Haven't had the chance to visit for dinner but I'm sure it will be a 5-star experience as well.

Love the aesthetic and the vibe. Such a cool spot. The menu is chock full of goodies and they have an extensive alcohol selection.

The open kitchen is breathtaking, I feel like I'm dining somewhere off Melrose or Santa Monica. Is homey-industrial a genre?

My GF is an even bigger fan. Uova alla Flamenca is her jam. She orders it every time she visits. Me? I haven't had anything I wouldn't order again, but I'm working my

Wow... such a decadent food experience! Honestly, the food and ambiance were definitely 5 stars however... the service, although hilarious in how bad it was had to bring it down. I came with a friend for Saturday brunch and the food really was excellent. The restaurant was busy but not terribly, there were plenty of open seats. The restaurant itself it quite large and very cute. I loved the whole setup. Our service was unfortunately not the best... not sure how stoned he was but he forgot one of the meals, never checked on us and the check... oh man... took a bit, lol.

I started with an OJ Mimosa

The brunch here is worth every penny.

Based on other Yelp reviews I opted for the eggs flamenco. Great choice! The blend of egg, chorizo, grape tomatoes (blanched and peeled), and tomato confit was exquisite. My only critique is that there may have been too much tomato confit.

We also split a Dutch Baby, which may have been even better. It requires extra cooking time but if you do not mind waiting I highly recommend it. It was somehow crispy enough while still being fluffy and was oozing (literally) with flavor.

We split multiple bottles of prosecco. At The Bindery you can order juices with

This chef owned restaurant called, "The Bindery", was by far one of the best "fine dining" establishment I've been to in a while. From making the reservation to the end of enjoying our meal; the experience was quite enjoyable.
The ambiance of this resturant was a simple concept but gorgeous and intimate. The food were priced amazingly for the quality you're receiving. I drooled over and consumed every bit of my meal. The alcoholic beverages were a typical price. It was absolutely an amazing experience and I can't praise this resturant enough.

I love the vibe of this place.

LETS GET INTO IT.

I've only been here for brunch about 4 times and that's okay with me, haha. I wouldn't be opposed going during dinner service, it's just that the Uova alla Flamenca is FIRE. I could eat that for breakfast, lunch AND dinner OKAY!? It's 2 sunny side up eggs (although I prefer over easy), over a chorizo and tomato confit with grits. It's so flavorful and savory. It's by far the best brunch item I've had on ANY menu. I'm a brunch fiend, so that's saying a lot. I never finish it at the restaurant and

Amazing breakfast and unique breakfast! I got the it's always sunny in Kelsey's world and my husband got the sweet baby cake with a side of bacon and potato cake.

Mine dish had so many wonderful flavors with a little spicy kick. I would definitely order it again. My husbands dish was tasty but the amount of oil that it was cooked in and sitting in was what made it unappetizing. He even had a stomach ache for a few hours afterward. The bacon was fatty and the potato cake was also a bit oily.

The Bindery is the perfect place for a business breakfast. I've actually made arrangements to meet with clients/vendors three times over the last couple months here. Parking is easy to find, the space is gorgeous and overlooks downtown Denver and the food and staff are amazing. So basically a win on all counts.

I almost always get the walk in the woods breakfast burrito. Coloradans love our breakfast burritos but this one is elevated a notch and offers a perfect vegetarian option in the morning. Pair it with an oat milk chai and things are looking good for the day.

The food and ambience at this restaurant is stellar. The inside of the restaurant is huge and the decor is very modern and sophisticated. The Bindery boasts one of the most artisanal menus and food presentations in the city. The presentation of the food is a work of art, everything was perfectly and intently placed to make the dish stand out.

The three dishes we ordered were incredible. The Grilled Spanish Octopus was exquisite, the crispy chick peas with the delicious fingerling potatoes, hearts of palm, and shishito peppers were all so great together in one dish. The Smoked Rabbit Relleno was

Big sandwich

We stopped in at The Bindery for lunch. While the menu wasn't very long, they did offer one of my favorite sandwiches, Reuben. After spending a year hardly getting out, my wife and I are now fully vaccinated and are finally visiting family in Denver. It has been a long time since I've had a Reuben.
Liked the place, bright and airy, open kitchen area, very good service. They have seating inside and out, too cold for outdoor seating this visit.

Our food arrived in good time, the Reuben a huge sandwich. I've had big sandwiches where the corned beef or pastrami is
