When I left the apartment, I was told I would be sent a bill.
Instead of being sent a bill they just sent a collections agency to contact me.
They take so much of your personal information to even allow you to rent there (way more than other apartment complexes) and while I definitely trust the two girls there, I definitely don't trust that guy there who is Harold's replacement (I believe his name is Brian). They even pointedly asked me to provide a forwarding address and phone number but didn't even bother to contact me with that information about the amount I owed.

I've had mostly great experiences here at Bradford Run, only a few hiccups along the way in my 3 years being here, nothing serious.
I like my place and it right across from the office , and it is fairly quiet, not perfect , but no apartment complex will be .
Harold he Manager and the office staff are always very nice to me and very fair I think .
My requests for things to be fixed are always followed up pretty quickly and the maintenance staff are always nice and professional.
There are always ups and downs to apartment living, you have to share and try to be the best you can be to your neighbors

We've been living here for a month. Amber was AMAZING at communicating with us to get us in as soon as possible while remaining extremely professional with the COVID challenges. Our apartment was extremely clean, everything well maintained, spacious, quiet AND private. We have one neighbor who is very sweet and as a bonus, a garden area! This apartment has well exceeded any expectations. We plan to stay here until we can purchase a home. The complex overall is safe, the only noise comes from kids playing happily outside. The grounds are well maintained. Trash emptied regularly. My daughter LOVES

Not very happy I guess if you don't make 3 times the rent you are not going to be a proved for a apt very sad not every body make that type of money... I do work and make ok money.. hope this gets to the true owners and would think that you would want your apts rented and not worrying about if that person makes 3times the rent...as long as they could make the rent every month..and was a GD person no drugs and have children ... Just sad..

I really enjoy living here. Kayla and the other ladies at the office are all very helpful and the maintenance guys are nice. The monthly rent is fair, especially for the quality of the apartments offered, and when our original lease was up, they offered to extend it for the same monthly price, unlike other places that will raise your rent immediately after your lease is up. The pet price is fair, too. I'm definitely living here for the long run, and I have been recommending it to all of my friends.

From the first time speaking with Lorrie Mills, manager of the apartments, she was so upbeat and friendly. We were about to move to Kokomo from Alabama for a new job and could not find anything available. She was very helpful and accommodating to our need. She came through with an apartment that met our every need. This took a great deal of stress off us. The apartment was great and surroundings fantastic. We would recommend to anyone needing a great experience in apartment living to rent from Bradford Run, you wont be disappointed.

Very dissatisfied with this apartment complex. The only perk is one maintenance man, who was very caring and took care of a repeated issue and was quiet because I had a newborn. All other experiences have been awful. First, when I signed my lease, I was told that we can get renters insurance through the apartment complex and it covers us and the apartments. So I did that. About 8 months later, I walked in the office to pick up a package and overheard them telling a current tenant that the renter's insurance through them covers the apartment only! My family moved in a while ago and what a mistake!!! Water leaks in the patio door when it rains ( water drainage unacceptable) and even though it has been brought to the attention of "new"management and maintenance nothing has been done. Gutters are clogged causing leaking and flooding in second floor apartments. A lot of things needed fixed when we moved in and we are still waiting for them to do the repairs ( has been months) . From 11pm till daylight that is when the illegal activity begins and again brought to the attention of "new" management and nothing is done. Vehicles
