Services
A $20.00 per month pet fee will be charged for each pet and is due on the first and late after the 5th. A $150.00 per pet non-refundable fee is required to be paid at move-in before the pet(s) can have access to the apartment home. Resident agrees that only the pet(s) described and named below will occupy premises, up to, but not exceeding two (2) pets per apartment.

Worst place I ever lived. Hallways were never cleaned,
I would make a maintenance request and the manager would mark it complete without ever coming to my apartment. I couldn’t pay my rent online because my account was always screwed up with fees I didn’t owe. There was no landscaping, trash was just left all over the place and I didn’t feel safe there. It used to be a nice property until management ran it in the ground.

I get that repairs take time but the property manager doesn't even bother to acknowledge a complaint. The last time that we had a plumbing problem, were there was sewage in our kitchen. She wouldn't let me fill out a work order, said that she did it for us, when she wasn't even in the office that day and then we had to live with sewage in our kitchen for 3 days. The problem wasn't resolved until we called the office for a different complex in the neighboring county. The biggest issue for me is that the major that affect health and safety problems are ignored. Thw only work being done is law care
