The Bridge Counseling Ministries is a Christian, 501 C(3) Non-Profit organization aimed at serving families and individuals in the Charlotte community through counseling. To empower licensed therapists, who are also believers, to help people through counseling. The Bridge was started by Lina Ratcheva, PhD, who is the Founder and CEO of Saint Mary International Adoptions, a local adoption agency which first opened in Charlotte in 2001.
Working with adoptions for over 19 years, Lina has experienced firsthand how effective counseling can be in helping people improve their relationships! Through this ministry, we want to empower MSWs and Licensed Therapists, who are also believers, to help you strengthen your relationships! Our services include individual and family counseling, couples counseling, anxiety counseling, and adoption counseling.

Services
We offer Individual and Family Counseling services so you can build better, healthier relationships within your home. We also offer anxiety counseling services to help you identify the source of anxiety and ways you can reduce it. Managing relationships with loved ones can be challenging. If you have difficulty communicating, maintaining patience or dealing with conflicts, then seeing a counselor can help.

I’m a current intern with The Bridge Counseling Ministries, which has been a great experience for me! I’ve learned a lot from Nick about marketing, which is something that will be valuable for my future career goals. One of my favorite things is that I’m not just learning, but I also have the opportunity to apply what I’m learning. I’ve written blog posts, implemented SEO strategies, and created website pages and social media accounts. This is a great organization that I’m happy to be a part of!
