I've owned several Audi's and have always struggled to find an honest mechanic to do my work/maintenance. Ive finally found an honest, reliable shop in NOE imports. Highest of recommendations for service, honesty and reliability. If you have a german car, you will be hard pressed to find a better shop to handle your car needs.

Friendly, trustworthy, and highly skilled. Steve at noe has become my go to mechanic for these specific reasons. Everytime I go he offers great communication as well as service in a quick and timely manner. When another shop told me a specific repair would he 1600 dollars I went to Steve for a second opinion and within an hour he was able to quote me at only 300. These guys truly rock and as far as I am concerned they are the best German car shop in the east valley!!!

I've been going to Steve for years now for both my Audi's. He does a great job. He's reliable and honest, that's hard to find in the automotive world anymore.

I first heard about Noe Import Auto at work. I'm an engineer, and several other engineers in my group all took their cars to Noe, and highly recommended them. So next time my aging Ford Explorer Sport Trac needed work, I took it to Noe. From that point on, I would not take my or my wife's vehicle anywhere else. I took a 20 yr old VW with a small oil leak and they fixed it on the first try. Never had that happen before! It’s always “a guessing game with old cars”. These guys know their stuff! They are reasonably priced, but more importantly can fix the issue on the first try. Highly recommend!!

Just moved into the area and so glad I found Noe Import via online. I took my Audi A4 for an oil change with 85K miles which took no more than 30mins and cost less than $100. My 8month old baby was with me so the quick service was a plus. The waiting area was nice with unique history books about Arizona.

Although I didn't get any major services done, overhearing the communication/recommendations between Noe and the other customer was reassuring. I'll def take my car in the future maintenance care.

Without a doubt the most fair, honest, and reasonably priced mechanics around. They'll never recommend a job that is unnecessary or that can wait. Their prices a very reasonable. They did service for my 2006 Lexus Is250 for years. I moved out of state, but came back to them when I could.

Steve and his team are great. I had to take my car to the Audi dealership to fix a recall part and the Audi dealership told me that my brakes were completely worn out and they needed to be replaced. Something seemed off. I took the car to Noe and they inspected my brakes. It turns out that the brakes still had plenty of life left on them. Noe didn't try to sell me stuff that I didn't need. I trust them and will continue to take my car to them because of their honesty.

They're the most honest and fair mechanics I've met. They're out of the way from me, but I would drive from anywhere to have them work and maintain my my vehicle. I have a 1997 Mercedes SL I've beat the hell out since 2006 they've taken care of and made run better than brand new cars. They're excellently priced, way below competitors and dealerships I've been to, making it run smoother and for way longer without much cost. Trust these two with your vehicle and you'll never regret it.

Shortly after leaving the house this morning, I had an advisory message that my alternator was not being charged. I'd never gone to Noe before today but decided since I was so close by I'd give them a shot. They were able to diagnose my problem right away and even schedule the repairs the same day. They gave me an accurate timeline as to when the repairs would be completed but they saved me quite a bit of money compared to what the dealership would have charged me. I was recommended to NOE Imports by Babbitt next door where my husband takes his BMW. I have lived here for 9-years and they are the honest auto repair shop I have ever found. I will never go anywhere else. Not once have they ever tried to up sell me or sell me something I don't need. They are honest, very knowledgeable and they do great work! Even if you don't live in the area take your car here. You will love them!

I brought my Audi in for scheduled maintenance and a minor repair. The maintenance service was performed by the book and was literally half the price of the Audi dealership. The repair was fixed at a very reasonable price. Additionally, a local tire store had recommended a repair that Noe's provided additional insight on. I would highly recommend Steve Noe at Noe Imports. We had our Audi towed to the dealership where they quoted us almost $8,000 for a new transmission that they claimed we needed. We called Steve for a second opinion and he immediately recognized that the problem we were having was inconsistent with transmission problems. We decided to tow the car from the dealer to Noe imports because we did not believe that they were correctly diagnosing the problem. Sure enough, the problem was a $250 fix, not a new transmission. I am so grateful for his expertise.

I have been taking my vehicles here for 12 years, and I can't say enough good things about them. I always trust what they tell me, and they are fast, efficient, and never pressure me into doing anything that doesn't need to be done. I went as far as dropping off my van, telling them to look it over, and do ANYTHING they felt needed to be done. I can't imagine doing that anyplace else. I knew I needed 2 things, and they found a third (small problem,) and that was it. You can't go wrong here!

These are great, down to earth guys. They tell you how it is, and don't try to push anything on you. All of their work is quality. My whole family comes here, and has been for years now.
