Brad and Chris are truly a dynamic duo. They deserve more than 5 stars. I'd give them a perfect 10. They underbid the other 2 business who bid the job and did it on a faster timeline than those other 2. Couldn't be happier that we when with 3 Rivers. Plus they also installed our new hot water heater and a ducted range hood in the kitchen. They are men for all seasons! Thanks Brad and Chris!

It's not easy finding an HVAC fixer when your furnace is on the fritz. The offers that were available involved a lot of $ just to diagnose the situation. Brad came through with a timely and very reasonable offer. He showed up on time, was personable and immediately determined the source of the problem - and explained exactly why my furnace was throwing the breaker - fixing it almost as quickly. Hats off to Brad! We highly recommend Three Rivers!

I have been using 3 Rivers for 2 years now. They are easy to communicate with and show up on time as promised. I especially appreciate that they give me a heads up on parts that need to be replaced in the next year so I can plan on budgeting for those repairs. I would much rather replace an igniter this year than deal with a no heat situation next year!

Brad was very courteous, prompt and was able to not only perform maintenance on the furnace, but he also discovered two wiring problems that had been changed by previous technicians. Fixing these wiring problems improved the safety of my furnace and will also save me money in the long run by increasing its efficiency. I will definitely have him back in the Spring for AC service!

Brad was extremely knowledgeable about the issue going on with the blower motor of my furnace and was able to diagnose, replace a part, test to make sure everything was in working order--all within a very efficient timeline so that I could get on with New Year's Eve plans. He also gave me a forecast for the remainder of the life left on the blower so I could financially prepare for an eventual motor replacement. Three Rivers exemplifies professionalism, excellent communication, timeliness, and expertise. I'm glad they're in my area and will continue to call on them for future heating

We were so totally pleased with the Prompt response from This company. Brad the owner and technician cares. He is competent efficient and reasonably priced in comparison to other companies of this type. We heard a loud rattling noise when we turned on the furnace and he found the problem right away a loose bolt and took care of it! I Wanted to highly recommend Brad and this company.

Brad answered the phone and within an hour he was able to come out and diagnose a problem with our A/C unit. He told us all of our options including ones that he wouldn't necessarily benefit from. This kind of integrity and customer service is becoming a rarity these days. I would highly recommend Three Rivers for your A/C and heating needs.

Quick response to my phone call, appointment scheduled in 2 days, showed up early, did maintenance check on furnace and air-co systems, provided detailed billing. Cost was much more reasonable than other bids and Brad is a very patient and pleasant person. I will definitely use Three Rivers again for all my heating and air-co needs!
