I called around different places looking for quotes for an oil change on my Audi A4. At other shops. I was quoted $150, $190, and a $120. (I call that the German car tax) I finally called here earlier today and initially, they were not able to answer my call- But he called me back immediately and gave me a MUCH better quote and told me told me he would be able to get my car done in about 30 minutes!
He called back shortly after to get details about my car. Around 30 minutes later he called to inform me that he had everything needed for my car and to bring it over.

Yesterday, I put in an online request at Roseville Auto Repair, hoping they could do my oil change at a last-minute notice due to my poor planning. I didn’t look at my email until 6 PM, and I saw that Chris responded to my request. He said he would give me a call the next day and that they could most likely squeeze me in. I got a call this morning, and they got me in at 1. Because I didn’t have plans to Uber anywhere while my car was getting done, I sat around the office. Called this place at around 8:30 saying I needed an axle and brakes replaced. Chris told me come on down now so he could start ordering parts. At 12:30, he called and said the job was complete! This place was top notch. They even came and picked me up to get my car. Roseville

I wrote a review a few years ago about how awesome this place is but I’ve had to go back there a few times since then for multiple cars with different issues so wanted to write another review to again express how great this mechanic is! He’s always so fair priced, helpful, and does a great job. Our transmission went out a while ago and he repaired it for a very good price and with a warranty, And then when something went wrong recently I was able to call him from the roadside to get advice and then he fixed it all for free with no question due to the warranty, even though it was not his fault

I went in for an oil and lube and was out in about 20 minutes. KJ, the owner was professional, courteous and patient, as he explained to me the difference between synthetic and non-synthetic oil, showed me my air filter and gave me a choice to replace it or not, and even rotated my tires and topped off all my fluid levels to get me ready for an upcoming trip. I will definitely be going back. I don’t want to go anywhere else now.

First time to Roseville Auto. Had numerous repairs done to bring my 15 year old car up to par. Kj was professional and knowledgeable. He didnt try to upsale me work i didnt need and came in on budget.He's very attentive and did numerous follow-up phone calls to make sure his work was to my liking. I first came here to get my starter replaced. I had bought the part and just needed it installed. They were honest and transparent about any issues when installing. I appreciated it, went through with the service, and it was a quick in-and-out! I also came later for a SMOG check- same deal: super easy, super fast. I sent my sister over here for her SMOG and for an alignment. They gave her a fair price and she was happy. Glad to have this honest shop nearby!

THE BEST SERVICE EVER! KJ was so awesome, he was so professional and respectful! He answered every question I had and made me feel comfortable with the service they provided. They treat your car with the upmost care and they keep you updated! He called me to update me on what was going on and when to expect my car. The best part was he was so nice! I was driving my car and the AC completely went out. I had used Roseville Auto Repair and Lube before for a tune up so I called and explained what had happened. They were able to get my car in the next day. They quickly diagnosed it and told me how much it would cost. I agreed and they said it would be done in a few days (pretty large problem). Quickly after getting off the phone, I received another call from them. They had noticed my CarMax sticker and told me that all of the work I needed was covered in my warranty. I had totally overlooked my warranty but they saved me thousands of dollars.

I was on Yelp looking for a trusty worthy automotive repair shop to get my oil changed and for some reason I had a really good feeling about this place. KJ assisted me over the phone when I made the initial call to his shop answering all my questions and got back to me in a really fast manner. KJ the owner I believe, was extremely helpful and informative. KJ explained everything step in diagnosing and treating the issue with my car. KJ offered several options for service; not just jumping to the most expensive option like most shops I've been to. When I picked up my vehicle he even showed me the faulty parts and explained their function to me. I can tell he loves what he does, and truly values his customers. I would highly recommend!

I called one morning when my check engine light came on and I knew I had oil leaks. They told me to come down in 30 minutes and literally met me in the parking lot with a warm welcome and handshake and tools to run the check engine code. They quoted me a fair price and had the work done within the day. I felt like I was encouraged to do things that would save me money in labor later on. This is the most honest mechanic I've ever met. I needed a big repair to pass smog. Firestone quoted me at $4,000. I came here and he laughed at their estimate and said there was no way it should be that much. He looked at it and found there was only one part that needed to be fixed and it was causing the other parts to pop up codes also, but once that part was fixed the other parts were fine. Firestone just said all the parts needed repair without trying to fix that first. So he fixed the part, passed my smog, and added a few small maintenance things needed for a TOTAL of less than
