Our passion for cars has been our driving motivation since we opened RI Automotive in 2000. We saw the need in Tampa, Florida, for an auto repair shop that struck a balance as a business professional with a personal touch. We wanted to take the stress and worry of car repair away from the customer while making the experience and costs as transparent as possible.

I received an ad in the mail. They were running a great promotion on synthetic oil, so I booked an appointment. I was in & out for a fraction of the cost at the Cadillac dealership. They have a buy 3 get the 4th free promotion as well. Waiting room was clean. They even put a cold bottle of water in my cup holder that I noticed as I drove off. I’ll be back.

Great service. I was especially impressed with service rep's professionalism with young woman with car problems. She had her mom and dad on phone while RI Automotive service rep explained 3 repair options to her. With her parents help she made decision that was right for her . RI wanted want was best for her not their cash box.

I had a vibration problem with my truck that no other shop could find or figure out. RI found the problem and fixed it. It’s hard to find a shop these days that will do honest work and not take advantage of the customer. RI is a good shop and they are straight. Highly recommend this shop!

I am very happy with the service we received at RI Automotive. I am new to the area and referred to them by my neighbor. I needed new tires and a total tune-up for my 10 year old Accord. They were professional and listed all the areas needing service. My car is running smooth and feels like new!

I needed to get my tires replaced and I saw this place had good reviews so I decided to check it out. The staff was incredibly friendly. From the front desk staff, to the techs to the owner/manger, everyone was really nice and easy to talk to.
The waiting room was clean and a nice environment to wait in. I appreciate the engine art they have on the wall. They seem to be true car enthusiasts.
Overall they were quick and efficient with what needed to get done. I would absolutely go back in the future! Highly recommend if you need work done.

I needed the brake fluid flushed on a recently purchased used vehicle. They were able to fit me in same-day without an appointment! The tech at the front desk was professional and knowledgeable. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the shop. My goal is to slowly bring my 10yr old car into top shape and I think I've found the right people for the job!

RI Automotive does great work. They repaired a broken engine mount that two other places misdiagnosed as bad wheel bearings or a tire issue. Rebecca is awesome as the receptionist. She is knowledgeable about auto issues and has made excellent recommendations for my vehicle. This last time I called for a quote on replacing my headlights. She recommended getting them refurbished instead. Excellent advice! The headlights look brand new (wish I had a "before"pic) and saved me $1,000s. Definitely will return for my next vehicle service or repair.

I took my 2000 F250 in for an oil change and had them check out the front end. The truck ended up needing wheel bearings. I wasn’t pressured into having them make the repairs. They just told me what was going on and let me make the decision. I’m very happy with the repairs. I didn’t realize how bad the front end actually was until after I picked the truck up. The entire team is very professional and they do high quality service and repairs.
