Microspine
We offer Comprehensive Spine Care to the patients who suffered low back pain, neck pain, herniated disc, degenerative disc, stenosis, pinched nerve, arthritis, and failed back surgery. Our current focus is in the fascinating fields of Endoscopic, True minimally invasive, and non-fusion technology. There are no words to sufficiently describe the depth of my gratitude for what you did for me and for my family.

You literally fixed me when I was broken. I had a 3 vertebra and 3 discs replaced. I visited so many doctors and when they looked at what had to be fixed all said we can't fix you. My treatment philosophy is to treat my patients the way I would want myself or my family members to be treated. I always utilize what I like to refer to as the 'family test' when advising treatment and surgical options for my patients.
Services
These are our Core Values. They mean that we are constantly perfecting the latest technologies to better serve our patients. Our current focus is in the fascinating fields of Endoscopic, True minimally invasive, and non-fusion technology. Modern spine surgery is vastly different from anything you may have heard or read about in the past.
My treatment philosophy is to treat my patients the way I would want myself or my family members to be treated. I always utilize what I like to refer to as the 'family test' when advising treatment and surgical options for my patients. Dr. Thongtrangan, Dr. T, has achieved the highest level of training in spine surgery completing fellowships in both Orthopedic and Neurosurgical Spine Surgery.
The spine is central to human life and one of the most important structures of the body. Made up of precisely-stacked vertebral bones, the spine or "backbone" houses the spinal cord, supports the weight of the upper body and facilitates our movement. Intervertebral discs formed out of cartilage and fibers can be found between most of the spine's vertebrae.
Within the spine (or "backbone"), vertebral bones, cartilage and ligaments work together to protect the spinal cord, support the weight of the upper body and facilitate movement. Each component of this complex system is dependent upon the other. Because of this, what begins as a minor spinal complication can eventually lead to chronic pain and widespread difficulties.
The complex system of vertebrae, ligaments, joints and cartilage known as the spine or "backbone" is susceptible to a number of injuries and disorders, especially as we age. If the symptoms of a spine-related condition become debilitating, conservative treatments typically do not provide sufficient relief.

I came to Dr. T with the most excruciating pain I've ever experienced in my life... and I've had 22 kidney stones! I'd had everything from spinal endometriosis to ankylosing spondylitis thrown at me for diagnoses. I had been to eight specialists at that point, all of whom were stumped. Dr. T was not only able to identify my pain and relieve it -- I mean REALLY relieve it -- he also caught a life-threatening blood clot caused by the birth control prescribed in an attempt by my OB to relieve the spinal pressure. He also encouraged me to see the correct specialists outside his field to continue my

Dr.Thongtrangan is amazing!! Very thorough in his assessment and very conservative in his approach to treatment. I have gone to four doctors and he is the only doctor that was able to really give me relief by prescription instead of rushing to do a surgery. If you are in pain and need someone that is amazing he is your answer!!

After an MRI conducted in January 2019, I was diagnosed with multi-level cervical spondylosis at C4 - C7. In normal speak - three disks had deteriorated in my neck causing my left arm to go numb and throb with pain! I spent the next 7 months researching my condition, learning about treatment methods and watching surgical procedures on YouTube - not recommended if you have a weak stomach! My main concern was to find a treatment I could believe-in and a surgeon I could trust.

I settled on Dr. Thongtrangan (Dr. T) of Minimally Invasive Spine. Before I chose Dr. T, I consulted with two other
