Services
Shed those extra pounds and learn to eat right with your own personal trainer from The Fitness Joint in Scottsdale, Arizona. My company provides weight loss and fitness training for groups and individuals. Backed by more than a decade of experience, I have the knowledge and personality to help you achieve your goals in a fun, healthy environment.
After outlining specific goals for your workout routine, we create a fitness assessment with a cardiovascular regimen and a strength-training plan. All of these exercises are used for weight loss, energy training, and any other goals you may want to obtain. This training also includes resistance training, which will help you bulk up with heavy training or tone your muscles with lighter training.
Together, we create a diet that will function with your food likes and dislikes, based on your height, weight, and nutrition habits. This new diet will track your carbohydrate intake, and start with a baseline food regimen consisting of the best food to help you shed those unnecessary pounds. Each week we will reconvene to ensure your diet is working properly for you and to make any necessary adjustments.
A customized training and workout plan will be created for you. This schedule includes the number of times a week you should work out, which body parts you should work on, and when you should work on them. We work within your budget to reduce any extra stress or hassle. After each workout, we provide details of what you have accomplished in training, which you can take with you to the gym of your choice.

I've been seeing Nadine at The Fitness Joint going on 4 years now. The atmosphere in her gym is really fun and welcoming. There is zero judgement and is perfect for those who don't like a typical gym. I feel more confident working out than I have before! Everyone encourages one another and Nadine is the best hype woman! Nadine has been my trainer for about 6 months now. She keeps me on my toes as each workout is different and unique to my goals. If I have knee pain she will alter my program for that day, which is very appreciated. She is great with follow up and her personality is very down to earth. I love her support and her friendship as well as the effort she puts into my physical well-being. This place has saved my body post quarantine. I've been going for a month and a half and have noticed amazing results. Nadine pushes you to your limits and your body will thank you. I started going because I felt like just going to the gym wasn't cutting it. She has you do a full body workout, which includes cardio and abs, two things I had a tendency to skip at the gym. She also includes a diet plan, I have never felt healthier! I will continue to go, highly recommend it.

Nadine is amazing! I’ve worked with her in the past, and when I decided I wanted to get back into training I knew she was the one to call. She effectively creates different works out for each person’s needs and strength level. I always know I’m going to have an amazing workout when I go in. Change can be incredibly difficult. When I moved here from Oregon 9 months ago, I was very unhappy where I was at health wise. I had just graduated from college and was weighing at 165lbs. I was always feeling tired, bloated, and weak.

Nadine is nice, inspiring, positive and knows what she is doing. Just two days in and I want to go 30 days a month and become a beast. I know it won't happen overnight but by the feeling of the first two workouts and the Vibe of the gym and owner it will happen. I'm tried to work out with Nadine for over a month now. I've seen results since the first week. Note that it is not easy to commit to a workout routine but if you want results you have to push yourself harder.

Nadine is super sweet and wants to see her clients reach their goals and I have seen multiple. The people that work out with her are a fun crowd and loves to communicate with eachother to help support one another.

I truly recommend trying it out cause the first session is free. Just expect to be pushed because that's how you're going to reach your goals!!

You may not know it by looking at me, but Nadine has done something I didn't think was possible anymore - she's given me real, noticeable and sustainable results! I found this place on Craigslist and was so surprised how affordable the training here is.

I've been putting in the work, following the diet and seeing the results. I still have a long way to go but I couldn't have kept it up without Nadine.

Nadine is extremely motivating, a beast of a trainer, and she's now my very good friend. Unlike those other trainers at big gyms who just want you to sign a contract, Nadine checks in, genuinely cares and truly wants the best for you.

I have been training with Nadine for over a year now! Nadine is amazing and truly knows what she's doing! She has different exercises and routines. Every day is different work out. I'm one of those people who used to go to the gym, hop on the treadmill for 20-30 min, and then leave because I had no idea what I was doing. Nadine is AWESOME. She is the only trainer/program I have been able to stick with for more than a few months. I have been with her for over a year and a half now and I have lost 32 pounds and dozens of inches. I am in the best shape of my life. I have never been someone who has considered myself athletic or who put a lot of effort into working out. Recently (while getting ready for my wedding!) I decided this needed to change. I was pretty intimidated to go to a personal trainer, but Nadine put me at easy as soon as I met her. She is an excellent teacher, very encouraging and positive, but not afraid to push me harder than I would push myself. Not only have I seen positive results, but I actually enjoy working out now. Firstly I don't know why so many reviews are in the not recommended section, I personally know a couple of those people as I have worked out with them, or have made small talk while coming into my session as they were leaving theres, but I digress.

I have been working out with Nadine since April 2014 and will continue to do so as long as I can, bc of the commitment and motivation I experience, and results I see in myself.


I lost a lot with diligent calorie counting, but plateaud and then sought out a trainer and found Nadine online. I am very happy I did. You will as well!
