Josh was an incredible trainer! He started off with really simple and doable exercises and levels them up as I got stronger. He also coached me on my diet as well. Sure enough, in just a few weeks I started noticing positive physical change! My brain fog was disappearing, I looked nicer, and I had a lot more energy. By the end of just a few months I had lost 10 pounds while gaining muscle. Thank you Josh!!

Ive been working with Josh for about a year now. Beforehand I had been a bit lackluster with my workouts during the pandemic lockdowns but I had spent years hitting the gym 3-4x per week. Josh is able to help me target some areas that had gotten weak during the lockdown days and knows how to help me strengthen areas that I never knew how to really target. Now Josh and I are training 4x per week and I look forward to steady progress every day. He's awesome!
