After 7 years with Kaiser and endless co-pay's, Joseph Stern was able to surgically remove an endless planters wart from the bottom of my foot. He gave me a price up front, for less than two Kaiser's co-pay visits. He promised a pre-surgery meeting, surgery, and several post-op visits. Surgery went great and I walked out of his office. Several times he called or face-timed with me to see how my foot and I were doing. He even gave me a guarantee to remove it, if it ever came back at no additional charge.

I went to two other podiatrists and had custom insoles made but they did not work. When following up with them, I was not given much attention and the pain did not go away.

Dr. Stern helped my plantar faciitis tremendously and after just a week from my initial appointment, I barely have any pain at all in my heel and foot area. 10/10, I would recommend him to anyone. This is a man who knows what he's doing when it comes to feet! Very attentive with following up as well.

I booked an appointment for a holiday, and Dr. Stern was so nice that he still took my appointment. I visited for ingrown toenail removal, and the procedure went smoothly. Dr. Stern was very patient with my questions as well, and he kindly explain the cause, the procedure, and the impact to me. He is super considerate as well that he played music in the background to help me relax. Overall really satisfying experience!
