I went here for a baby shower and the hall was beautiful. My only complaint was the hard cold macaroni that was served to all the guests . If you going to spend alot of money for a beautiful place the food should be just as good ! It was a beautiful day but very disappointed that this happened!

Great venue to have a wedding reception. The views are quite nice. They have indoor and outdoor seating. There was ample room for the function including dining tables for about 60 guests and dancing. The staff were friendly. I wish the Dorrance were better marked. You have to go around back. Only the bar is at the front. There is ample parking. It is overlooking a pond and z golf course. Nice view in fall when leaves change.

Very pleasant lunch on the patio yesterday. Super waitress! Fast service. Burgers pretty good, good cheesecake. Overcooked steak tips, over-salted house-made chips. Overall good time.

Based on local reviews, their website, and Facebook page presentations we thought Grill on the Hill was more on the upscale restaurant vs just being a golf course clubhouse. So we were very caught off guard when we arrived for our anniversary dinner reservation.
The view on the deck is spectacular and the food that we had was good - sadly they were out of several things that attracted us to the restaurant in the first place.
Unfortunately, it was very short-staffed and the hostess could use lots of additional training in cleaning (she was not diligent in bussing tables and several times kicked

I really wanted to love this place....
First time there for my husband's birthday and we sat on the patio. One of the waitresses sat us at a table where there were tons of bees flying in and out of the wall (my husband is allergic). We told her and she said "yeah we told the golf course but they haven't done anything about it". What?! You could have a death on your hands! We asked to move and she dragged the table about 6ft away which was fine. All of the other diners were heard saying " where are these bees coming from?". The only savior here was they are honey bees and not aggressive.

We called on the way to put a name in for reservations and said we were 20 minutes away. When we arrived we were told we needed to order soon because the kitchen would be closing soon, totally fine. We sat there waiting as we looked at the menu on our phones because no one was coming over to us, we then continued to sit and wait for nothing. Horrible 1st experience. Definitely will be spreading the word and not returning. Also, sign on the door states masks at required, apparently that doesn't apply to the Saturday night bartenders who are also the ones that this whole post is about

Beautiful scene from the patio. I sat there first enjoying the landscape and then hoping that some one will show up to ask me what I need. Did not happen for 1/2 hr. A very cordial waitress was serving the many people with care and walked past me many times. I tried to make eye contact so I can ask her when I would be served. She would look in my direction but look past me. In a traditional club environment I stood out like a sore thumb as a person in semi casuals and the only person of color but I felt the most unnoticed. I then went in to enquire why I was not served and I noticed that the person

Excellent chicken marsala. Rating would have been a 5 but my dinner companion ordered rice with seasoned black beans with his salmon...both sides were dry without any moisture. The waitress graciously apologized and a Caesar salad was brought to replace the two sides. All in all, good, just not the first impression I hoped it would be. (The salmon was well prepared.)

Stopped in for lunch, the outdoor seating was spacious and there were umbrellas for shade. Food was excellent, and I would recommend the broccoli and cheese bites for an appetizer. The menu also has kid-friendly options. The service was a little slow, and the kitchen made some mistakes with our order, but they were still very friendly and apologetic about the mistake. The view of the golf course was nice. Bathrooms were well-maintained. I would definitely go again for a casual meal.
