Breast surgery is a core component of my practice and one of my true passions. Dr. Mowlds is by far the BEST to say the least. I'm glad I came across him. His staff is AMAZING, always a phone call or text away -pre and post op. I had gone to several consults in which they didn't make me comfortable or confident to choose them. Dr. Mowlds and I met. I explained to him my complicated case, my concerns and showed him what he had to fix. He shared his thoughts, knowledge and was up for the challenge. My experience with Dr. Mowlds and his staff was wonderful from start to finish! I scheduled a consultation with him, because after having two babies and nursing for years, my body just didn’t bounce back the way I had hoped. They were professional, but so easy to talk to, and I felt comfortable right away. I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted, but they helped me develop a customized plan. I know, I hate long reviews too. But you have to know the whole story to understand. There are not enough words to explain how amazing my experience was with Dr. Mowlds and his office staff. Yesterday, I was scheduled to see Nurse Sarah for a consult for the dark circles under my eyes (which is the biggest insecurity I have). She gave me my options and let me know that there is a risk to get filler under my eyes given my skin tone and pigment, which is not what I wanted to hear. If I could rate 10 stars to Dr. Mowlds and all the wonderful staff in his office, I would. They always go above and beyond to accommodate me in any way they can. They are always so kind and sweet and I never feel uncomfortable there. Coming into town without knowing anyone I took a chance on the doctor. He was totally amazing. He knew exactly what my problem was and how to fix it. He gives beautiful shots without any pain using Botox and filler. I have been to other doctors that have really messed up my face with Botox. This doctor is a gem. I totally lucked out. He is my new plastic surgeon for as long as I live in California! You can't go wrong with him. His Wonderful calm personality just couldn't be nicer. Look no further! I spent almost a year doing research and having consultations for breast augmentation surgery with multiple plastic surgeons in the OC and even LA region and alas, I found the one, Dr. Mowlds. For me, it came down to comfort, knowledge, dedication, understanding my needs and wants, and of course experience. New to any non-surgical procedure, Dr. Mowlds made me feel comfortable and thoroughly explained the aging process and how it can be reversed. I was curious about different laser treatments, and Dr Mowlds answered all my very many questions with patience! He has a beautiful office in Newport Beach, and he is so professional. I was very pleased with the Clear & Brilliant laser. I didn't need any numbing cream for this treatment, and I was able to go right back to work after the treatment!
