We use "Handwriting Without Tears, " "Ninos Abordo, " and multi-sensory modalities of playing with shapes and their bodies to create letters. We have fun activities to teach children how to begin thinking about numbers, and eventually math. We learn through different science activities and experiments, such as caring for our fish!
We base our daily arts & crafts on the theme of the month. We place a big emphasis on learning letters and eventually reading with fluency in Spanish. It's easy to get kids to learn through movement! Great school. My daughter has attended for 4yrs so far and she genuinely loves her teachers and she speaks Spanish, even. Moreso she understands it very well. I highly recommend this school specifically for the Spanish program. Plus, the owners are amazing and very responsive to any and all of our questions

My son attended kindergarten this year! This school has it together! My son can read and write in Spanish and English! According to my Spanish speaking friends, his conversational Spanish is flawless with a native accent!

My two daughters attend Amiguitos and love the teachers! Most importantly what they learn is so valuable and their Spanish is amazing. I am very pleased with how Mary runs her business and works with her clients (the families) she supports. You definitely feel like you are leaving your kids in good hands. I would highly recommend.

We are extremely happy with Amiguitos and feel that the staff here and their families are an extension of our own. Our son has been attending preschool there for 2.5 years now and since enrolling him at A.S.I.A. he has become very fluent in Spanish (he's now 4 years old). He is excited to go to school in the morning and loves learning in a dual language environment. And we get the perks of brushing up on our own Spanish skills!

This was my sons first daycare and I felt very comfortable and at ease sending him here. The Amiguitos staff treats your child like family and makes sure they are safe and cared for. We needed full time and there were no spots so we had to transfer to another school. Definitely miss the Amiguitos family and highly recommend.

My wife and I could not be happier with this school. We had our son in a more commercial daycare for a couple of months and he was not napping well at all. It is a small wonder considering he was in a very bright, very noisy room while trying to nap. At Amiguitos he gets to nap in a very quiet room and that has made a huge difference in his attitude and his ability to rest well at night. He loves attending this school and has a great big smile on his face every morning when we drop him off. The teachers are very warm and loving and do a great job of giving him a lot of attention.

My 3 year old LOVES going to school. In fact, I have to drag him out of there each day at closing. As a working mom who was anxious to put her son in daycare for the first time, I feel so incredibly grateful to have found Amiguitos. The teachers are loving and kind and it's clear that they really enjoy what they do. My son has flourished here and his Spanish is amazing. I am constantly impressed by how well thought out, hands-on, creative, and stimulating the curriculum is. I have nothing but the best things to say about Amiguitos. Couldn't be happier!

We just love Amiguitos! My son has been going there for almost a year and I've seen him grow in so many ways (especially Spanish speaking). I always feel comfortable with him in their care and it brings me joy to see how happy he is to go to "school" 4 days a week to learn and play. Mary and the staff are very supportive of our son and our family as a whole... And we've witnessed Amiguitos grow and improve, too. My baby loves this place as much as I do. She began school here at age 4 months and was showered with love and affection from her AMAZING caretakers. Her face lights up with joy when she arrives and with the care, love, affection and guidance of the team at this school, my baby has grown to become a smiling, loving, laughing, spanish-speaking amiguita. Her teachers are always telling us funny stories about her and made a very special celebration there for her first birthday, which she LOVED. I could go on and on about Amiguitos- I never thought I would love a daycare and now this place has my heart

My daughter went here for a while after we had bad experiences at La Petite. I love them so much and was so sad to be taking my daughter out of their program. Before she started here she would scream non stop anytime I dropped her off at her old daycare because of how poorly they treated her. When I started her here Mary was very reassuring and acknowledged my fears with the last daycare. After the first two days I could tell my daughter loved them!!! She was happy and excited when I dropped her off everyday and it made me fall in love with their program.

My child has attended this school for about 8months and we, the parents, absolutely are happy. There is a family feel of how the school is conducted and each and every teacher is involved with each child from what I can see. The owner, Mary, is very communicative and sends out frequent emails with lesson plans with invitations to further parental communication. I personally like that Mary's mother, "Abuela" aka Grandma, is also involved with the school and that really adds to the family feel of the school. My child really loves the school and feels comfortable at this day care. I
