I've been frequenting Criterium for years, easily my fav LBS! I compare all other bike shops I visit to Criterium, and a lot of them fall short. Best sales, service, and friendly knowledgeable people.

This is one of the more expensive bike shops in town, but they definitely have the quality to back it up. Lots of inventory and very helpful staff! I save the tricky stuff (like hub rebuilds) for the mechanics here and they always get it done right. If you ever need a specific part, rebuild kit, lubricant, etc. Criterium is the best place to start. They have a huge supply of technical stuff in the back which saves a lot of headache trying to track down the right supplies online.

I tend to have a good amount of bike mechanic issues with how much I bike and Criterium always saves me. They also have lots of great road cycling and mountain biking gear! Also, they carry specialized, which is my favorite so it makes shopping here easy.

In my experience, Criterion is the best bike shop west of the I25. Consider the following reasons:
Easy access and parking
Clean restrooms
Excellent hamburger and beer place attached with an awesome sitting area
Easy direct access to the Santa Fe trail.
Excellent, knowledgeable staff.
Top notch bike mechanics.
Excellent range of bike related products.
Reasonably priced items and services.

My truck broke down and needed a part that was a month on national backorder. So I broke out an old bike to get me to work in a pinch. First opportunity to drop it off was after a week of riding 10 miles each way, and lemme tell ya the difference was obvious on day one. They fixed up my bike in a hurry and charged a fair price. Excellent customer service, service dept is top notch. Extremely satisfied!

This shop has friendly and helpful staff ready to assist you with all your bicycling needs.
If they don't have it they can get it quick. Competent service technicians and sales personnel are first rate.
