Brian Mitchell has helped me through my workman's comp case for over 4 years now. It is obvious he has a solid understanding of the laws involved with a workman's comp claim and how to work with the insurance company to make sure you are being taken care of. I've called this office a few times over the last few months, I understand things are slow with Covid. The first time they said they'd take the case (great). The second time I called I wanted a couple more details before I accepted (had questions of what happens if we lose, etc), the receptionist said they'd call me back. I've followed up 4 times and no one calls me back even though the receptionist keeps telling me the lawyer will call me. I'm glad I didn't sign anything with them yet, I'll be taking my case elsewhere.

I got injured inside the big clinic company and they fire me out while I am having so much pain, I asked for help on this Law corporation because I know this is not fair. I gain so much weight and got depressed ending up 3 years without work. I was expecting that they are gonna fight for me and get good returns for experiencing and firing me out while I am injured. My husband contracted them to help with his workers comp case. They were not helpful, they rarely kept him updated with the case, every time he called them to get status or updates on the case, they gave him the runaround and only reached out when it was time to close the case and settle. Would not recommend.
