Jason always loved sports. As a young man he played soccer competitively and was intrigued by exercise and wellness. He spent years studying the positive effects exercise has on a person's physical and psychological well-being. After earning a degree in Sport & Exercise Psychology and related certifications, Jason wants to share his insights and enthusiasm by teaching others about the power of the human body.

He has structured training programs giving clients the motivation, determination and support they need to achieve any goal. While Jason is serious about health and wellness, he also believes in having fun at the same time.

I had my initial consultation with Jason and signed up right after. He explained the way he'd like to approach working together based on my goals and current level of fitness. I"m no spring chicken and my first priority is to build strength without getting hurt. We have been working on improving my balance and overall flexibility and coordination. Each session is a good workout for my level. I highly recommend Jason at Studio North Fitness.

I had my first training session with Jason yesterday and it was lovely. He does a fantastic job at making sure his clients are comfortable. His instructions are clear and easy to follow. I also appreciate that many of the exercises that we did were also able to be practiced at home. Super excited to start training with him weekly !!

Great and very knowledgeable trainer. Was rehabilitating my shoulder and he taught me proper movements and work outs to correctly Exercise it. Not only that but updates on how every work was and communication of when sessions were. Would highly recommend for any athletes looking for a good knowledgable professional trainer

Jason is the absolute best trainer! The gym is so nice and super clean. He is very well educated and walks you through every exercise and breaks down each step. He answers all your questions and goes above and beyond for his clients. He modifies everything to your personal needs and makes sure you get the most out of every session. I would without a doubt recommend him to anyone, you won't regret it!

I highly recommend studio north, their level of service is unmatched. I begin to see results after only a few sessions with Jason. He customized a regimen that centered around my body type and fitness goals. Due to Covid-19 I was a little apprehensive about going back into the gym but Studio North provided a great alternative, offering excellent personalize fitness training in a clean safe space.

Jason is one of the most knowledgeable personal trainers that I ever trained with. He's very passionate about fitness and wellness. You will not just workout with Jason, you will get a complete learning experience. Jason customizes the workouts for everyone's fitness levels and goals. He cares genuinely about your form and makes sure you're comfortable while still having an effective workout. The studio experience is amazing, their homemade juices are so good! Highly recommended.

This is by far the best experience I have ever had with a personal trainer. Jason was terrific and listened to all my concerns. It's been 2 months of training and I feel like I did 20 years ago. I love the juice and would highly recommend going to Studio North.
