Take route 79 until you get to the intersection of Highway 98 (Panama City Beach Parkway) and Hwy 79. Take a left onto Hwy 98 and continue until you get to R. Jackson Blvd. Go right on R. Jackson Blvd. to the next stoplight at Hutchinson Blvd. Take a left at Hutchinson and continue on Hutchinson until you get to the intersection of Hutchinson and Front Beach.

Fabulous rental experience! The unit we rented was at the Princess which is a wonderful property located on the eastern end of Panama City Beach. Donna and Jennifer made the check-in and out process so easy! They are terrific to work with...professional and attentive! The condo was nicely appointed, comfortable, quiet and impeccably clean. We highly recommend VIP Resort Properties!

I would give 10 stars if I could. I have stayed at many condos, but the Princess has been the best! This was our 1st time staying there. I have found my favorite place now. I won't stay anywhere else. The condo was beautiful! Jennifer and Donna are good, down to earth people, and they made me feel like family! I have been referring Jennifer and Donna to everyone. Hugs to you both. I'll be back as soon as I can!

We just spent a week at the Princess and it was fabulous. The view was fantastic; the condo was beautifully furnished; and we loved it all. We are shopping today for replacement washer and dryer as the ones in the condo are the best we've used EVER. Thanks to VIP (Jennifer and Donna). We will definitely be back.

We just stayed at Princess Condominiums this past week and were very much pleased with the property, our condo, the location and the service we received. Jennifer and Donna were so easy to communicate with and always responded to my calls and emails. Princess Condominiums are on the quieter end of the beach so having our little grandchildren with us, it was the perfect setup! This was our first time using VIP rentals but we will definitely be back! Our family loves Panama City Beach and we just had the best time! Jennifer even offered us a 5% discount for next years booking so SEE YA NEXT YEAR
