I have three pets, a 10 yo GSD and two cats, one with diabetes. Shelbyville Road Vet Clinic cares for all of them. The entire staff is professional, helpful and empathetic. The majority of my visits have… been with Dr Patterson, Dr Carcara and Dr Luba but every one of the doctors have been involved with there care. Your pets will be well cared for at this clinic.

All the vets and vet techs really care about the animals that come there. Dr. Carcara, Dr. Critchlow, and Dr. Luba have always been there for my dogs with good advice, caring from day to day regular maintenance and issues and when my sweet Gemma was passing away from cancer. From the front desk staff to the all the vet techs they always remember my dogs, call them by name and treat them like I would. For that I am forever grateful! They really are the best!

The staff and the all of the vets are so amazing and take such great care of our girls! They’ve been so accommodating and get us in when we have an urgent situation with our senior dog and are always so kind to follow up the next day to check on her. I never feel rushed and they always answer all of the questions we have. We switched from another vet a few years ago and have been so thankful and happy that we did!

The whole staff is very compassionate and caring. We’ve been taking our border collies there for over 20 years and they have become like family. When we took our Lucy to there for the last time, they were ready for us and made it seem like we were the only family there. There were tears and hugs all around. They made a very difficult time a little easier for us. Dr. Patterson and Luba could not have been more wonderful.
