I've used their services a few times before the pandemic and after and they've been excellent, predictable and so far upfront and honest about the costs and scope of work. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I'm glad I selected them. Grant's awesome. No reservations. They didn't ask for me to write a review and I wrote this to tell other owners this company works for you.

I cannot say enough good things about Maypole Inspections. The customer service is top notch and I would give them 6 stars if I could. When I was pregnant and moving apartments in NYC, I was nervous about lead paint, air quality and making sure that our new apartment was safe and up to code for our newborn baby. I contacted a few companies to see if they could check our apartment to make sure it was safe.
When I contacted Maypole I knew right away they were the company I would go with. Maypole is a woman owned company, which is important to me. However, the reason I ended up going with this company

My husband and I had a very tight testing timeline, and Grant rearranged his schedule to accommodate, allowing us to ultimately sign for the purchase of a new apartment! As people with little to no knowledge of the process, Grant did an excellent job of guiding us through the various methods and thresholds. From the start we felt confident that Grant would be thorough in collecting samples for testing. Once results were received, he took the time to explain to us what every number meant, allaying any concerns about exposure.
