Our online workshops and group programs offer additional opportunities for growth and support.
At White Picket Fence Counseling Center, we understand the importance of utilizing a team approach to the treatment of disordered eating. This is why we find it important to include referrals to nutritional counseling in addition to our mental health counseling services.

The difference is between someone who can do something, and someone who has the training and experience to do that same thing professionally. A mental health professional can help you approach your situation in a new way- teach you new skills, gain different perspectives, listen to you without judgment or expectations, and help you listen to yourself.
The rate for a 50 minute session with Sandee Nebel, LMHC, CEDS-S is $130 per 45-50 minute tele-health session ($70 per 30 min).
