Eric was born and raised in Somerset, KY, where he graduated from Somerset High School. He went on to obtain a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Kentucky, graduating Cum Laude. He then stayed in Lexington and attended the UK College of Law. While attending Law School, he was on the Trial Advocacy Board and a member of the Student Public Interest Law Foundation.

Mr. Ray was absolutely amazing. He showed up for me when most had given up, and continued to do so even when he didn't need to. He kept track of court dates and such better than I did. He would reach out to me beforehand to let me know what he expected to happen each time. His kindness and professionalism went beyond the call of duty for an attorney, paid or not. I just got finished with my court date and Eric was my attorney. During the process of dealing with the court and what goes along with it. Eric kept me informed all the time. He’s very punctual about want is going on with your case. Very knowledgeable as well. I was charged with a 2nd DUI,and fully excepted to be sentenced to seven days in county jail. Luckily Eric asked for home incarnation and the judge was ok with that. Even though it was the last day the judge was giving that. Needless to say,I was shocked to get house arrest. I was facing an uphill battle and didn't have much hope for a positive outcome. I have always had public defenders in the past and that was a nightmare. After reading the reviews, I gave Mr Ray a chance and I was very very pleased with the entire experience. I had constant contact with him by text and never had to wait more than an hour for a response. He was always in touch and very professional I would highly recommend and I received 60 days versus a 5 year sentence so that should tell you how hard he works for his client.
