GSI: Las Vegas Home Inspections offers a full listing of informative home inspection services to home-buyers and sellers in the Las Vegas area. We follow InterNACHI's excellent Standards of Practice, delivering a home inspection that is thorough, accurate, and professional. This inspection service for home-buyers is a detailed evaluation of the property's readily accessible and visible components.
Subject properties 4000 square feet or larger are subject to greater pool/spa inspection fees. Additional inspection items are with property inspection only. Our highly informative home inspections are available to clients in all of Clark County, including Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, Lake Las Vegas, Boulder City, Summerlin, and Blue Diamond.

David was awesome and super thorough. He took his time going around the house and testing everything. The report he provided after was super detailed with pictures and everything. It was cool that they can just fly a drone to see the roof and take pictures. I'd recommend them to anyone that needs any kind of inspection done.

If you are in limbo of a home inspector, you would be a fool not to use GSI Home Inspectors. William Lee arrived early and gave a detailed report on what he was going to inspect. He enjoys and prefers the home buyer be present so he can explain issues/concerns. Mr. Lee spent roughly two hours inspecting the home and had a written DETAILED report with pictures ready the same day. He really has the best interest of the seller or buyer. He was very detailed and checked everything possible.

I have been using GSI for my home inspections since 2010. I purchase rental properties as well as buy & flip (rehab) properties. The reports that I receive from GSI are informative, accurate, and thorough. GSI has an eye for detail and all of the latest technology to aid in the home inspection. The prices are very reasonable.

GSI was recommended to me by my realtor. William, who is the owner, performed my inspection. He was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. This is my first home purchase, I've been renting for around 17 years, and I've never cared about electrical, plumbing, etc.--it was always the landlord's problem. I told William that was the perspective I was coming from and he made sure to explain everything in a way that suited me. I really appreciated that (thanks William). I will use GSI again if needed, and recommend them to anyone.
