Awful service. Lazy. Was "done"by the time I got to my inspection, seemed like worked a shady deal with the realtor. Told me something didn't work, it did. Told me the occupants told him something else didn't work, and wasn't going to bother checking. Missed NUMEROUS things in the report. By the time I noticed these things he should've checked it was too late to do anything about it.

Complete and thorough inspection. I was invited to walk the house with him, not only did he point out what would need to be fixed but he helped me understand the "why" behind everything also.
The water meter was moving even though no water in the house was on. Within 5 minutes he found a small leak in an old sprinkler head just by some damp dirt that was barley noticeable. He also not only showed me what needs to be fixed but commented on what doesn't also, that gave a good balance and didn't feel so overwhelming to myself and the seller.

Thank you luke for all your help . We purchased our first property in Las Vegas and he was very thorough and helpful through out the inspection. After the inspection we had a couple of concerns about our roof and he provided great feedback . We will absolutely be using him again. We can not recommend Metz home inspection enough

Luke the home inspector was punctual and personable. Upon arrival he didn't waste a second and really started to kick the metaphorical tires of the house. We walked the house together and he gave me a few quick pointers about simple fixes and things to look for. On the grittier parts of the job like the roof inspection and the attic he was thorough and straight forward in his thoughts and advice both positive and negative. At the end his write up and summary is really the best part. He lays out all his findings clean and organized. Luke is highly recommend for anyone that needs and inspection

As an Investor, I have dealt with numerous Inspectors, so far he is the best one I have dealt with, hands down. Luke has gone above and beyond in a many instances to make sure to point out all aspects of the property from potential fixes to helpful information on what is required to remedy. After 3 inspections with Luke, I don't think I will be switching to anyone else anytime soon.

Just had an inspection done on a home I was looking to purchase. I noticed some discoloration and black spots in one of the bathrooms. As the bathroom is original from 1979, I requested that Luke take pictures of this and notate it in his final report, however, he felt that since he experiences the same thing in his personal shower at home, all we needed to do was throw some bleach on it.

My wife and I just recently closed escrow on our home and Metz Home Inspection did our inspection.
Luke was completely thorough when inspecting our home. He checked all the outlets to the roof of the house. We went over everything that could potentially be a problem and he pointed out things in our home that were recently upgraded. At the end of it all we sat down and he went over the entire report. At the end I had no questions or concerns. I would recommend Metz Home Inspection highly to anyone.

Spent several hours today with Metz Home Inspection and the experience was wonderful. Professional and thorough we had the full inspection report in our email inbox before we returned home.
