Republic Home Inspections
At Republic Home Inspections, we understand that our clients are making one of the most important investments of their lives. While every investment involves a certain amount of risk, we see it as our job to help reduce that risk as much as possible. We do this by providing our clients with detailed information through our home inspections about the property under consideration.

The safety of our clients is of the utmost importance to us, so we look closely at each home we inspect to be certain we have identified any defects. We also encourage home buyers to attend our inspections so that we can answer any questions they might have about the property and point out any of the defects we might have found.
Services
Republic Home Inspections has performed more than 8,500 inspections. Our owner and home inspector, Randy House, started the company because he wanted to make a positive difference during the real estate transaction process and to protect people as they were buying their homes. Over the course of more than 16 years of service, he has done just that.
We perform a non-invasive visual inspection of all visible structures and components as part of our Home and Commercial property inspection services. Prior to putting a property on the market, we recommend scheduling a Pre-Listing or Seller's inspection to identify any defects that are going to require repairs or service before potential buyers hire home inspectors to perform their own inspections.

Report
Randy was very helpful in explaining all issues that came up on the inspection. Let us know what was a big deal and what wasn't. Very patient and I would absolutely recommend him!!

Report
I recently purchased a condo in Las Vegas. My realtor recommended Randy House (owner of Republic Home Inspections) and I'm glad she did. Randy did a very thorough job; his rates are reasonable, and he was very prompt in returning the home inspection report.

When we first arrived at the property, he was not given the correct lock box code (due to a miscommunication from the seller's agent) and I was really worried that Randy and I would both have to come back another time which would inconvenience both of us. But Randy was very calm about it and got to work on inspecting the outside
