Gary performed a very complete and accurate inspection in a very timely manner. The report was very well detailed, with pictures of all deficiencies noted, with good descriptions of each! Gary even answered questions that I asked afterword with a prompt response !

I’ve been a Realtor for 16 years. I use Gary for numerous inspections and he’s always quick to go out, very reasonably priced, very thorough and gets my reports back to me usually within 24 hrs. The most recent inspection,on the day I ordered it, he was supposed to go out on Saturday and I was surprised to see he did it the same day I ordered it and got the report back to me the same night. That really helps us out because then we could make a decision to order our appraisal right away which speeds up our closing process. Thanks Gary!! Great job as always..
