The people at City Sewing Machine LLC couldn't be nicer and they are so generous. They donated two sewing machines to the Fashion Group International of Dallas' annual Scholarship Competition. I moved back to Texas from Brooklyn looking to replace my Industrial Juki and City Sewing made sure I was in good hands. They have an array of sewing machines to choose from and honestly no one is going to beat their prices. I went to about 5 other places here in the Dallas metroplex and decided to go with them. There are not enough stars to truly portray my experience with the group at City Sewing Machine. It started with an informative website that offered a very competitive price on a double needle machine with fast shipping but when it came to service that's when this group went from 5 star to a galaxy full of stars. The entire group where very nice and courteous, Courtney was a big help getting me lined up with the service crew. When things got complicated Trey & Dee both took the time to understand my personal needs and tirelessly worked till wee hours of the morning in order to resolve the issue

Awesome sewing machine sales and repair shop with very knowledgeable people. I bought a new machine with the help of Cody, he was very friendly and made everything easy. I was worried about transporting the machine back home but they took care of everything for us! Dee was the person who broke it down and loaded it into my tiny car and he did an amazing job. He really took a lot of care to make sure my car and the machine were undamaged. When I need any more industrial machines I know where to go! 5 stars

I have visited this Industrial Sewing machine company located in Dallas several times over the years. They are very helpful from the staff in the office to the techs in their shop. The owner and manager are both knowledgeable in sewing machine application and was help in helping me choose the proper machine for my application.

I came across this place while on a quick trip to Dallas so I decided to stop in and I’m glad I did. I wasn’t looking to purchase anything that day but the customer service was impeccable, I walked out feeling accomplished just from the amount of information I was given about their array of products. I attended school at FIT in New York so I’m only use to working with industrial machines. The amount I would have had to pay for shipping was ridiculous so I was excited to find this gem just a short 4 hr drive away and they service in my state yaayy!!! I returned about a year later and purchased

I purchased a cover stitch machine today with City Sewing Machine, Dallas. Eric, Ben and the ladies in the show room were extremely helpful. Their customer service was excellent. I spent several months searching vendor after vendor and was immediately blown away with the price I received. I fully recommend City Sewing Machine.
