Yes!!!!!!! The Moreira team came in and saved the day! My first lender came up with so many excuses, I believe because we’re self employed, but this group of people took on the job and got it done! They made the process very smooth, I was very impressed by how quick their underwriting was, most lenders you can expect to wait at least 3 days, but I… was able to hear back as soon as the following day!!! I’d definitely recommend them to my friends and family, especially if they’re self employed because it’s usually tougher for us to get mortgage qualified.

I was on the market to buy a home and wanted a few different loan officers to review my documents. I chose Alvaro from Moreira team because some friends of mine has refinanced their home and said that he was super helpful throughout the whole process.
