We use this company for a week of seminars the company i worked for held. We pretty much had a little of everyone on their menu the whole week and it was really good. The sandwich catering was amazing, they had gluten free and vegan sandwiches which my crew loves. We also has their breakfast burritos and bagel egg sandwiches for breakfast. Service was great, their rep super responsive and for us most importantly on time. Will def use again when we present in LA next fall. Highly recommend.

I’m with a professional organization in Hollywood and we used them for breakfast catering. Food presentation was overall very good, they all came in boxes with labels. We got the breakfast burritos and none was left by the end of the meeting. I got a few compliments about them from the guests. Genuinely impressed with the service, they are now on our regular caterers list.

THE BEST!!! They always accommodate my last minute, very specific requests and deliver on time. Seriously, they are ALWAYS available when I need a last minute breakfast or lunch for a customer. I ordered a last minute breakfast for my office and it was a big hit. Everyone loved the food, they were right on time with the delivery and Jon was so helpful throughout the whole process. I ordered at noon the day before and they were able to get everything together for 7am the next morning. High quality food and high quality people. I will definitely use them again.

Good Heart was a great find! Jon was quick to answer questions I had over email and the ordering process was super simple on their website. They were accommodating with delivery date and time and were super dependable. The food was great! Everyone was so excited about the lox and bagels! I had a happy crew and the pricing was very fair. I ordered breakfast burritos and fruit plates to feed approximately 100 people at a work meeting after finding Good Heart online. It was super easy to order online and Jon followed up within the hour to make sure he had all my info correct. We worked together to find the perfect delivery time based on the meeting's needs.

Ok, first let me say I rarely give reviews, however this catering company is perfection!!! As a sales executive GHC makes me look great! The gourmet food impresses everyone and my customers today were asking for their flyers so they could order again! Excellent service and on-time delivery! Great food, on-time deliveries and an excellent menu what more do you need in a catering company? Hands down the best of LA 2018, 2019 and many more years to come.

Definitely will use again! Ordered salads, sandwiches and cookies for a luncheon and the food was a hit. I had two people ask me for the name of the catering company and one ask before even finish eating if he could take home leftovers if there were some. The biggest plus to me is that they are conscious of packaging for environmental impact, and they have a variety of options to meet different diets/tastes. And staff was so nice! Good all around.

We ordered Good Heart Catering for a surprise birthday lunch at my office last Friday. Jon was quick to answer any questions we had and let us place the order with only a one day notice. It was SO perfect and delicious! The food was a surprise for someone who used to be a caterer so I needed to have the best. I was very concerned the food wouldn't look as beautiful as the pictures, but it was. The office cleared the table - there was almost nothing left! I'm an events coordinator at a non-profit. Jon at Good Heart Catering has been incredibly helpful and responsive in assisting me with ordering. He responds to emails and phone calls quickly and thoroughly. He's very knowledgeable about their menu and offers great suggestions for my orders. I've been *very* satisfied with the not only the quality of the food, but the service as well. Delivery has been on time or early for every order I've placed. I can't begin to convey how much we love Good Heart Catering! Not only do they have the most delicious and fresh food - Jon and his team really go above and beyond to take care of us. The attention to detail is impeccable and certainly doesn't go unnoticed. The customer service they provide is unheard of these days and I can't tell you how many times they've come through in the clutch. We use Good Heart at least 2-3 times a month and sometimes have even ordered from 2-3 times in a week.

This will be the 6th time ordering from Good Heart Catering in Los Angeles and I was convinced that these guys rock after our first order. So needless to say, this review is overdue but here we go.
First, the staff at this place really understands the word "service." I had to provide catering for a 75-person event recently and didn't know which route to go with the lunch to ensure I stay under budget and also provide great food. Jon and his team at Good Heart are absolutely amazing! We use them now for our office on almost a weekly basis, and they have been timely, accommodating, and kind! I used this company after i saw them serving at a tech event. They were on time and the food was good. We got the sandwich platters and it came with a good variety. I liked the falafel with tahini. For dessert, we ordered the sweets tray, also good variety of bite sized sweets. Cool spot, we will use again.

Received a menu in the mail thought we'd give it a try for our office. Jon was very helpful taking my order. The food is very healthy and taste great as well. I've known the owner of good heart from his other restaurant projects and when he announced his new delivery service I was naturally excited. Our department at USC started using them for small and large events. I know a few of the other departments on campus use them too. They show up on time, have really good food and they work with our billing system which takes a while to pay. They also have flavored cream cheese!! Support these guys, they know what they are doing.
