Services
Please select what kind of therapy you are looking for (for example, if you are looking for couples or individual). If you don't see your insurance listed, please select private pay/sliding scale to discuss options available to you. If you don't have a preferred location or would be open to working with a therapist at one location, but not another you will be able to select that.
Adult therapy is important for an individual to have a safe space to explore their experiences, interactions and beliefs. It allows for a space where the client can explore what it feels like to say and feel without judgment. Therapy is an experience with another person. Unlike books, podcasts, seminars, etc, therapy is a relational experience.
Couples counseling creates a safe space for you as a couple to explore your emotions as well as the language you express yourself with. It creates a space where a well trained nonjudgmental, unbiased third party helps re-frame, explore, and bring curiosity and clarity to your relationship. It is difficult for individuals to understand themselves, let alone how others may be experiencing them.
Recent and significant change an often lead to a need for counseling. This may include a change in the family (such as divorce or death of a loved one), a change in school, a change in living location, life transitions, etc. Trauma is another indicator that a child may need counseling. It is important to monitor children's behaviors.
Whichever is the case for you, your most authentic self naturally develops survival strategies to protect itself in the aftermath. This tends to work for you on some level until you reach a point when simple survival is no longer enough and you start to notice that a deep desire for a more authentic and life-giving way of being in the world is beginning to slowly wake up.

Bryan is an authentic, present, and compassionate therapist who brings his entire self into his relationships with his patients. This authentic, relational presence is carried into the culture of Mindful Counseling as a practice. I confidently recommend Bryan, Ben, Joe, or any therapist that is a part of this special practice.

I have had the best experience at one of the worst times in my life - losing my husband. The practice is an amazing cohort of people who truly care, foster wellbeing and have the skill set to do their work in a way that is priceless. Do yourself a huge favor and include it with other health & wellness activities in your life!

I had a wonderful experience with Mindful Counseling. I don't usually do reviews, but I feel they deserve this. It was a very comfortable establishment, and you can tell right away that they try very hard to make it that way. I was recommended by a friend, and would recommend to anyone having a hard time. Specifically speaking, I had an exceptional experience with Ashleigh Munch. If you've never had therapy before, and you don't know how to choose who is right for you, I would recommend giving her a try!
